WHAT CASES CAN BE APPEALED

# 1. After a hearing, a player is found guilty of referee abuse and

suspended from all state association activities for a year.

THIS MAY BE APPEALED

# 2. A team is denied entry into a cup or league due to not

meeting the entry deadline.

THIS MAY NOT BE APPEALED

# 3. A club disciplines a girl more harshly than it has ever done against boys accused of

the same violation.

THIS MAY BE APPEALED

# 4. A club enforces strict rules for membership that are not

discriminatory.

MAY NOT BE APPEALED

# 5. A club has a set of very specific transfer rules, but

makes exceptions.

MAY BE APPEALED

# 6. A team is denied entry into a cup or league because its

coach is serving a suspension.

MAY BE APPEALED

# 7. A club has a rule that you do not like.

MAY NOT BE APPEALED

# 8. You believe the election of club officers was in violation of

the rules.

MAY NOT BE APPEALED

# 9. You receive a letter saying: “Coach Laraba, at the club meeting last night, it was

decided to suspend you from coaching for 2 years.”

# 10. A covered person is given a hearing and suspended but,

argues that the notice or hearing was not fair.

#11 After a hearing a coach or player is suspended from league play for the rest of the season.

#12 After a hearing a coach or player is suspended from league

play and State Cup.

MAY BE APPEALED

#13 A player is suspended by a club, but the state association

reverses. The club asks to appeal the state decision.
