Quick review: When you login to Certification Administration, you default to the Review Individual Activities Action/Screen. From the action menu, select action item you wish to access.

Use this area to: • Confirm current USL members as part of your
local board for this year• Confirm that they have paid their dues to your
board Your confirmations in this section are important because they fulfill the annual USL women’s game official certification requirements that the official be confirmed as part of a board and has paid dues to the local board.
Only members with non-expired membership to US Lacrosse will display here for you to manipulate.

You must FIRST confirm Board Membership for the year BEFORE confirming dues are paid.
Select Membership Activity from the Review/Update Info dropdown.

Check the boxes to the left of the members you would like to confirm for the season.
You may check as many boxes on a page as you like.
Click the Confirm Membership button
NOTE: You can only confirm memberships on the page you are viewing, one page at a time. If you have a large board we recommend expanding your view to the max of 50 per page for efficiency.

NOTE: You will need to confirm your board members each year starting no earlier than January 2.
A confirmation screen will appear. Validate that the records you selected are correct and click Confirm.
If not, click cancel and start again.

The individuals you confirmed will now show completed status.
By clicking on the name of the individual you will see this status in the Individual Activity record also (next slide).
You may also export your lists and confirmations anytime by clicking the Export button.

Things to know about your roster:• When officials join USL, they are assigned to a board
based on zip code.• In the event that the individual is not a member of your
board for any number of reasons, you may remove them.
What happens then?• USL staff follows a back-office procedure to assign the
member to the appropriate board roster for confirmation.
To remove someone:1. Check the box next to the name2. Click Remove Individual3. In the confirmation window verify your selection and click remove.The individual will no longer be on your roster

Once you have confirmed members of your board, you are ready to confirm dues payment.
This is also an annual requirement to hold women’s officiating certification with US Lacrosse.
To report dues payment, select Dues Activity from the Review/Update Info dropdown and then click SEARCH
NOTE: This is not an accounting system. Reporting dues paid simply indicates to USL that the official is in good standing with your board financially. It is your responsibility to determine when someonehas met this requirement.

After clicking Search, you will notice that the only board members appearing to confirm are those whom you have already confirmed as board members for this year in the Membership Activity screen.
To confirm dues payment, click in the check boxes next to the names of those whom you are confirming, and click Confirm Board Dues Paid

In the pop-up window, confirm that this is the correct individual and click Confirm.
The individual now appears on the listing as confirmed.
You may export a list of all your confirmed board members status related to dues by clicking Export.
By clicking the individual’s name, you will see their completion on the IndividualActivity screen (next slide).
Summary• You can manage your board members/board roster annually
through this portal.• You can confirm that annual dues have been paid through this
portal.• You must confirm board membership for the year BEFORE you can
confirm that dues have been paid• Both confirmations are necessary annually for officials to maintain
certification with US Lacrosse• DO NOT confirm board membership until you are sure the member

Re-CertificationOnce officials achieve certification, they need to maintain this certification annually. This is known as re-certification.Officials have from January 1 through April 30 to complete their annual recertification requirements. If recertification requirements are not completed by this date, their certification is officially expired.
**These certification requirements cannot be entered until January 1 of each year.
