This is the latest from a manwho visits me quite often. He andanother man researched my theory

The United States is stilla British Colony

The trouble with history is we

weren't there when it too, place andit can be chan*ed to fit someoneAs

belief and7or traditions or it can betau*ht in the public schools to favora political a*enda and withholdmany facts. I ,now you have beentau*ht that we won the/evolutionary War and defeated theBritish but I can prove to thecontrary. I want you to read thispaper with an open mind and allow

yourself to be instructed with thefollowin* verifiable facts. ou be the8ud*e and don't let prior conclusionson your part or incorrect teachin*,eep you from the truth.

I too was always tau*ht in schooland in studyin* our history boo, sthat our freedom came from the=eclaration of Independence and

was secured by our winnin* the/evolutionary War. I'm *oin* todiscuss a few documents that areincluded at the end of this paper inthe footnotes. The first document isthe first Charter of 3ir*inia in !##1footnote D!2. In the firstpara*raph the ,in* of +n*land

*ranted our forefathers license tosettle and coloni6e (merica. Thedefinition for licenseis as follows.

:In Government Regulation.Authority to do some act or carryon some trade or business, in its

nature lawful but prohibited bystatute, except with the permissionof the civil authority or whichwould otherwise be unlawful.:Bouvier's $aw =ictionary !

)eep in mind those that came to(merica from +n*land were Britishsub8ects. So you can better

understand what I'm *oin* to tellyou here are the definitions forsub8ect and citi6en.

:In monarchical governments,by subject is meant one who owes

    permanent allegiance to themonarch.: Bouvier's $aw=ictionary !

:Constitutional Law. One thatowes allegiance to a sovereign andis governed by his laws. henatives of Great !ritain aresubjects of the !ritish government.

"en in free governments aresubjects as well as citi#ens$ asciti#ens they enjoy rights and

franchises$ as subjects they arebound to obey the laws. he term islittle used, in this sense, in countriesenjoying a republican form ofgovernment.: Swiss at. Ins. Co. v.9iller F#G .S. EF E S. Ct. F!4F!E #< $.+d. E. Blac,s fifth +d.

I chose to *ive the definition forsub8ect first so you could betterunderstand what definition ofciti6en is really bein* used in(merican law. Below is thedefinition of citi6en from /omanlaw.

:he term citi#en was used inRome to indicate the possession ofprivate civil rights, including thoseaccruing under the Roman familyand inheritance law and the Romancontract and property law.

    All other subjects were peregrines.

!ut in the beginning of the %dcentury the distinction wasabolished and all subjects wereciti#ens$ & sel. 'ssays in Anglo(

    Amer. ). *. +-.: Bouvier's $aw=ictionary !

The ,in* was ma,in* acommercial venture when he senthis sub8ects to (merica and used his

money and resources to do so. Ithin, you would admit the ,in* hada lawful ri*ht to receive *ain andprosper from his venture. In the3ir*inia Charter he declares hissoverei*nty over the land and hissub8ects and in para*raph < hedeclares the amount of *old silverand copper he is to receive if any isfound by his sub8ects. There couldhave 8ust as easily been none or hissub8ects could have been ,illed bythe Indians.

This is why this was a valid ri*ht ofthe ,in* 1ure /oronae :In rightof the crown: Blac,'s forth +d.2

the ,in* e5pended his resourceswith the ris, of total loss.

If you'll notice in para*raph < the,in* declares that all his heirs andsuccessors were to also receive thesame amount of *old silver and

copper that he claimed with thisCharter. The *old that remained inthe colonies was also the ,in*s. Heprovided the remainder as a benefitfor his sub8ects which amounted tofurther use of his capital.

ou will see in this paper that notonly is this valid but it is still in

effect today. If you will read the rest of the3ir*inia Charter you will see that the,in* declared the ri*ht ande5ercised the power to re*ulateevery aspect of commerce in his newcolony. ( license had to be *rantedfor travel connected with transfer of*oods 1commerce2 ri*ht down to the

furniture they sat on. ( *reat deal ofthe ,in*'s declared property wasceded to (merica in the Treaty of!G"4. I want you to stay focused onthe money and the commerce whichwas not ceded to (merica.

This brin*s us to the =eclarationof Independence. -ur freedom wasdeclared because the ,in* did notfulfill his end of the covenantbetween ,in* and sub8ect. The maincomplaint was ta5ation withoutrepresentation which wasreaffirmed in the early !## Charter*ranted by the ,in*. It was not arevolt over bein* sub8ect to the ,in*

of +n*land most wanted theprotection and benefits provided bythe ,in*.

Because of the ,in*s refusal to heartheir demands and *rant reliefseparation from +n*land became

the lesser of two evils. The cry offreedom and self determinationbecame the rallyin* cry for thecolonist. The slo*an :=on't Tread-n 9e: was the standard borne bythe militias.

The /evolutionary War wasfou*ht and concluded when

Cornwallis surrendered toWashin*ton at or,town. (s(mericans we have been tau*ht thatwe defeated the ,in* and won ourfreedom. The ne5t document I willuse is the Treaty of !G"4 which willtotally contradict our havin* wonthe /evolutionary War. 1footnoteF2.

I want you to notice in the firstpara*raph that the ,in* refers tohimself as prince of the Holy /oman+mpire and of the nited States.ou ,now from this that the nitedStates did not ne*otiate this Treatyof peace in a position of stren*thand victory but it is obvious thatBen8amin ;ran, lin &ohn &ay and&ohn (dams ne*otiated a Treaty offurther *ranted privile*es from the,in* of +n*land. )eep this in mindas you study these documents. oualso need to understand the playersof those that ne*otiated this Treaty.;or the (mericans it was Ben8amin;ran,lin +s*r. a *reat patriot and

    between /ussia and the nitedStates.

-ne of Schiff's schemes was a sortof wholesale importation of /ussian&ews into the nited States. Hedrew up divers and sundry

(ided by Schiff and his associatesmany /ussian &ews came to this

country about that time and werenaturali6ed here. Theperpetrators of these outra*es

In other words we were deceived. We were so deceived that weallowed them to come in here and to

ta,e the bread out of the mouths ofour own (merican citi6ens.

I come now to the time when warwas declared between /ussia and&apan. This was bou*ht about by as,illful use of &apan so that +n*landwould not have to fi*ht /ussia inIndia. It was cheaper and moreconvenient for +n*land to have

&apan fi*ht /ussia than to do itherself. (s was to be e5pectedSchiff and his $ondon associatesfinanced &apan. They drewimmense quantities of money out ofthe nited States for that purpose.

The ban,*ound for the loans theyfloated in this country had beens, illfully prepared. The :sob stuff:of which Schiff was a master hadsun, into the hearts of sympathetic(mericans. by control of the or*ans of (mericanpublicity releases to the effect that/ussian &ews and :an,ee: &ewswere bein* persecuted in /ussiaand by the sellin* of &apanese warbonds to (merican citi6ens.

While the /usso&apanese Warwas in pro*ress %resident Theodore

    /oosevelt offered to act aspeacema,er and a conferencebetween representatives of thebelli*erents was arran*ed to ta,eplace at %ortsmouth .H.

When the %ortsmouth Conferencetoo, place &acob Schiff attended itand used such influence as he hadwith Theodore /oosevelt to win

favors for &apan at the e5pense of/ussia. His main ob8ect then asalways was humiliation of /ussianswhose only crime was that they were/ussians and not &ews. Heendeavored to humiliate the/ussians but Count Witte the/ussian plenipotentiary did notallow him to succeed in thisattempt. Schiff's power and thepower of his or*ani6ed propa*andawere well understood by CountWitte however. Consequently hewas not surprised when %resident/oosevelt who was often deceivedtwice as,ed him to have /ussia treat/ussian &ews who had become

naturali6ed in the nited States andwho had thereafter returned to livein /ussia with special considerationJthat is not as &ews but as(mericans. Witte carried home aletter from /oosevelt embodyin*this plea.

9r. Spea,er the restrictionsupon &ews in /ussia at that timemay or may not have been onerous. But onerous or not before the/ussians had time to chan*e themSchiff had the " yearoldtreaty offriendship and *ood will between/ussia and the nited States
