The Agency, in accordance with the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act(FIFRA), as amended, has completed reviewing all of the information submitted with yourapplication to support the reregistration of the above referenced product in connection withthe MGK-264 RED, and has concluded that your submission is acceptable.

NOTE: This product is not being reregistered under sections 3(c)5 and 4(g) of FIFRA at thistime.

Please be reminded that 40 CFR Part 156.140(a)(4) requires that a batch code, lotnumber, or other code identifying the batch of the pesticide distributed and sold be placed onnon-refillable containers. The code may appear either on the label or durably marked on thecontainer itself, and can be added by non-notification per PRN 98-10.

WARNING. Causes substantial but temporary eye injury. Harmful if swallowed. Do not get ineyes. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating, drinking,chewing gum, using tobacco or using the toilet. Remove and wash contaminated clothing beforereuse.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

It is a violation of Federal law to use this productin a manner inconsistent with its labeling.

READ AND FOLLOW ALL DIRECTIONS AND PRECAUTIONS ON THIS PRODUCT LABEL.

[FOR PRODUCT PACKAGED ON A ROLL IN A CANISTER CONTAINER:]

GENERL USE DIRECTIONS:Remove lid. Pull towellete from center of the roll and thread through the underside of lid. Pull towelette at90°angle. Snap hinged cap back into place so that towelettes stay moist.

DIRECTIONS FOR DISPENSING1. Remove lid by lifting upward.2. Pull towellette from the center of the roll and thread through "X" on the underside of the lid.3. Close lid. Pull towelette at 90° angle.4. Snap hinged cap back into place so that remaining towelettes stay moist.

Wipe on the thin uniform film over all exposed skin areas and/or clothing. Use just enough repellent to coverexposed skin and /or clothing. Avoid over-application of this product. Do not apply near eyes and mouth.Apply sparingly around ears. Do not use under clothing. Do not apply over cuts, wounds or irritated skin. Donot allow children to handle this product. Do not apply to children's hands. Do not apply more than 3 times perday to children ages twelve (12) and under. For ticks and chiggers, apply to tops of shoes and socks andaround openings in outer surfaces of clothing. Repeat using a fresh towelette when necessary.

After returning indoors, wash treated skin with soap and water. Wash treated clothing before wearing it again.Use of this product may cause skin reactions in rare cases. If you go to a doctor, take this repellent product with you.

STORAGE AND DISPOSALDo not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage and disposal.

PESTICIDE STORAGE: Keep this product in its tightly closed original container, when not in use. Store in a cool,dry (preferably locked) area that is inaccessible to children and animals.

PESTICIDE DISPOSAL AND CONTAINER HANDLING:If empty: Nonrefillable container. Do not reuse or refill this container. Place in trash or offer for recycling ifavailable.If partly filled: Call your local solid waste agency for disposal instructions. Never place unused product down anyindoor or outdoor drain.
