As noted in the Agency's letter dated August .', 1993 to all diazinon registrants, products containing 2S% EC l~rmulations of diazinon may not be released for shipment after August 31, 1993, and no pesticide product containing diazinon 2S% EC formulation may be distributed or sold after August 31, 1994 unless the product bears the most recent EPA label (i.e., the product is based on the new CAUTION formula and bears the new CAUTION label).

The replace~ent Confidential statement of Formula (CSF) dated Se~tember 1, 1993 is acceptable and haE been added to this product's registration file.

HOTE - The label and associated confidential statement of Formula accepted at this time supersede all previous labels and formula statements on file for this product.
