THE PROGRESSIVE LEGACY

The Progressive Presidents (TR, Taft, Wilson) set a trend in motion for future Presidents to expand governments role

Many of the acts passed are still in place today (Workers Compensation, 16th Amendment, Federal Reserve, 19th Amendement)

These legislations are designed to help protect citizens and fix problems involving schools, cities, the environment and overall public health
