Step :-1 - go NDMC online website url :- https://www.ndmc.gov.in/ Step :-2 - Go to Online Services Tab Step :-3 - Go to Online Services Tab Click on Online health License Home Page will Open

After the verify of application and pay of License fees download Licesnse

Step 5: Click on Application for License Form will be open

There are two option

1. For new license – In this if applicant apply for new application than click on new License and fill all the fields and attach all the document as per new License

2. For Renewal of License – in this if applicant apply for Renewal application than click on Renewal tab and provide old license number and fill the form.

Step :- 6 After fill the form message of Application number comes on register mobile number. And View details are display.

Step -7 Now pay Processing Fees as per display on your screen. Step 8- Click on pay button and chalan is Created and click on Pay on line button. You can pay within 5 days of creating of Chanlan. Step-9 Online payment option is open for payment you can pay via Netbanking ,UPI ,credit card and other mode. Step -10 After successful of payment your application is under verification of NDMC department. When verification process is done. You will receive message from department . Step 11- Now you will to pay License Fee on click on Partial fee payment. Click On pay License fee pay

11. After the successful of payment you can download you License .
