We have 25 active clubs. Clubs include everything from lacrosse, rugby, and ice hockey to cricket, ballroom dance, and fencing. Any student is eligible to participate. The HPER Building houses a wide array of recreational spaces including: Olympic size pool, ten racquetball courts, three ping pong tables, indoor jogging track, bouldering & climbing walls, the Donna Axum Fitness Center, four gymnasiums (basketball, badminton, or volleyball ) Outdoor Recreation can make your day, and even change your life, as it enhances the Campus Recreation community by organizing diverse adventure activities while offering extensive leadership opportunities. Join us for fun and exciting adventures, learn and refine skills, and make new friends as you explore all that the outdoors has to offer! The OCC offers a full service bicycle shop with parts, accessories and labor, two climbing facilities and a rental, center, Adventure trip program to explore and recreate locally and nationally. Group Exercise classes are available at no charge to students. Various personal training programs are available. University Recreation is proud to feature Jennifer Nesbitt, MMT, in providing deep tissue and hot stone techniques to enhance your mind, body, and spirit. We offer massages at some of the lowest rates in town! We offer a variety of non-credit continuing education classes. Examples of classes we offer are ballroom dance, swing dance, various martial arts, and swim lessons. We also offer Red Cross classes such as CPR, First Aid and Lifeguard certifications. Provide a wide range of activities to enhance personal development through social interactions HYPE NITE: Tour the facility! FREE FOOD! PRIZES! FUN ACTIVITIES!
