THE COTTON FACTORY MUST BE PLACED ON THE RIVER BANK. CANAL WATER IS NOT SWIFT ENOUGH TO GENERATE THE POWER TO MOVE THE PARTS OF THE WATER FRAME. DON’T ADD ANY SMOKE TO THIS FACTORY.
