Dr Anna Newell B.A. (Psych), M.Sc. (ABA), DClin (Psych) is a Clinical Psychologist with experience of working in the hospital & health care industry. Anna runs a part-time private practice from the Urban Wellbeing complex on the Tuam Road (opposite the Travel Lodge).

Anna is available to complete educational assessments (e.g. IQ assessments, Dyslexia assessments, Dyscalculia assessment and assesments of other Specific Learning Difficulties). Adult assessments are also possible. Please enquire via email re availability.

Anna is accepting referrals for children and young people ranging in age from 10 years - 24 years with mild-moderate mental health difficulties. Penny is a lucky Mom of 2 with a background in nursing. She trained originally in the Sivananda tradition and shortly afterwards discovered her passion for supporting and empowering Pregnant and Postnatal ladies and Parents to be. Completing a Pregnancy Yoga and Postnatal Yoga course with the legend Uma Dinsmore Tuli in 2004.

Over the last 15 years with much pleasure she has dedicated her Yoga teaching to Pregnant Moms, Parents to be, Moms and babes and children. She also trained as a Hypnobirthing Instructor.

The Hatha Yoga Instructor:Fidelma Sheridan of Renmore Yoga is an experienced, compassionate and client centered teacher. She began a Yoga practice in a lunch-time class offered in her workplace 18 years ago and immediately noticed how it revived her in the middle of a hectic engineering working day.

She trained as a yoga teacher and has taught for over 12 years in Derry and Galway. She uses the tools of yoga including pranayama, meditation and asana to help sustain her energy and resilience.

Fidelma continuously develops her knowledge of yoga through study and attendance of accredited courses. Recent areas of study have included Mindfulness, Yoga Anatomy Principles, Trauma Informed Yoga, Yoga in Sport, Tension Release Exercises.

As well as offering weekly classes Fidelma can also provide One to One classes, Workplace Yoga, Desk yoga, Adaptable yoga for the individual (Chair yoga), Children’s yoga and Sport Specific Yoga.
