Natural disaster prevention, response and

mitigation to 2020 will be implemented

through programs and projects managed by

Ministries, sectors and localities. Funding for

implementation is estimated at approximately

30,000 billion VND(20 bi USD)from the state

budget, local budget, ODA, FDI, community’s

contributions and legal fund mobilized from

other sources.
