- Plenary welcome and introduction
- 3 x 5 Parallel Workshops animated by 2 projects each: with 15 minutes presentation per project followed by Q and A
- 3 sequential LSG workshops
- 1 Summing-up Round Tables
- “Village” for informal meeting, presentation wall or kiosk for projects
