The Uptown Plaza is a 161,274-sf neighborhood community center anchored by Save-A-Lot and McDonald’s. The Shopping Center is strategically located just north of Downtown Harrisburg, PA. Other Tenant’s include the Dollar Tree, Dollar General, Rainbow Apparel, Metro PCS, H&R Block, Cricket Wireless and the locally famous Jimmy’s Hot Dogs among other tenants. The strong Demographics and Daytime employment demographics would support Apparel stores, Furniture and Appliance rental, Medical Services and Pharmacies uses, among other retail uses.
