The Entrepreneurial Skills Pass (ESP)
is a international qualification that
proves students (15-19 years old) have had
a real entrepreneurship experience and have the necessary
knowledge, skills and competences to start a business
or be successfully employed.
What is ESP?
Why ESP is important?
Forward-looking initiative aiming to boost the short and long-term impact of Europe’s entrepreneurship education efforts.
Possibility to acquire and certify
those skills and competences employer
are looking for
Full package to support entrepreneurial learning outcomes
including the mini-company programme, teacher training and
assessment/evaluation
Valuable complement to standard academic
qualifications. Possibility to access a pool of qualified students.
The ESP is a great way for young and
proactive professionals to differentiate
themselves and to prove the high-
standard of their entrepreneurial abilities.
Microsoft In our opinion, the ESP has a great potential and in
the long run it could become a great tool and a CV
booster for those students who are looking to get
their first job. Barclays The certification would demonstrate to an employer that a young person has a great competitive advantage over other applicants, because they have been able to develop important skills through the ESP program. SAP
