potential, Pressure field and Forces on immersedbodies. Bernoullis

Stress and strain in two dimensions, Principal stresses and
strains, Mohrs construction, linearelastic materials,isotropy and
anisotropy, stressstrainrelations, uniaxial loading,
thermalstresses.Beams: Bending moment and shear force diagram,
bending stresses and deflection ofbeams. Shear stress distribution.
