DCP 2010 Draft Amendment No. 3 applies to all land within the Upper Lachlan Shire local government area. At its meeting held on 15 March 2018, Council resolved (Minute No. 59/18) to amend DCP 2010, Section 8.2 Rural Development – Subdivision. The proposed draft amendment to DCP 2010 to be exhibited relate to: • Introduction of appropriate planning controls to address subdivisions below the minimum lot size for the specific purpose of agricultural / primary production. The Draft DCP 2010 Amendment No. 3 exhibition documents will be on display from Thursday, 12 July 2018 to Friday, 17 August 2018 as follows: Crookwell: Council’s Environment and Planning Department, 44 Spring Street between 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday. Candidates are required to have completed HSC or equivalent, an understanding of WHS principles and demonstrated advanced administrative and clerical skills. Good customer service qualities and efficiencies, demonstrated cash handling, experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable and experience in a specialised consumption based accounts receivable system (preferably water consumption billing) are also required. Applicants must also hold a current drivers licence Class C. Part-time Library Assistant (Gunning) The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, customer focussed and available to work 29.5 hours per fortnight at Gunning Library, including one Saturday shift a fortnight. Some additional hours may also be required to relieve other staff at Crookwell and Gunning Libraries. This is a permanent part-time position, which reports to the Manager of Library Services, commencing at Grade 3 Step Minimum $25.07 per hour, plus a 25% penalty rate for weekend work.
