T E K N I O N S T A N D A R D U P H O L S T E R Y F A B R I C P R O G R A M
All fabrics are developed to enhance Teknion systems products incorporating technology in fiber development . They are designed to coordinate with the other finishes in Teknion system and seating programs . The fabrics are offered in a range of low intensity colors with some stronger hues and a variety of solids, patterns and textures . All Teknion fabrics are developed to exceed technical standards .
Teknion has a full program of standard fabrics, vinyl and leather appropriate for most seating lines . All fabrics are covered by Teknion standard warranty and meet all standards for CAL 116 and 117 and exceed industry durability requirements . All upholstery coverings may not be approved for use on all chair families . Please refer to the Listing & Application Matrices within this section for fabric applications .
Fabrics meet or exceed performance standards by ACT (Association for Contract Textiles) .
Please note, leathers and faux-leathers may show natural blemishes, scars and wrinkles which are inherent material characteristics and as such deemed acceptable by Teknion . Variation of color, grain and texture found in wood and leather are also natural . Teknion is not responsible for reverse crocking of dyes from clothing onto our seating upholstery and finishes .

Directional specifications are not required for any of Teknion Standard Upholstery to Teknion products . All Standard Upholstery Fabrics will be run off-the-bolt, as shown on the sample card . See the Fabric Pattern Directional Guidelines in the General Information section at the back of the book for more details .
