Exhibitors who have booked a Traditional stand will receive a stand erected to the following specification.

It is made of Wooden structure, each wall panel is 3m(H) x 1m(W), with dividing groove. This is built to an overall height of 3m. Stand height should not exceed 3metres.

Stand Construction

5cm thick wooden structure, with white emulsion paint finish. Each wall panel is 1mW x 3mH (MDF Panels). Number of wall panel for each stand will vary on how many open sides that the stand has. Please refer to the floor plan on your manual for reference.

Walls

1 x 4m MDF beam at the center with white emulsion paint finish to support stand structure. Ceiling Beams

Stand includes furniture package comprising 2 black chairs (MC12), 1 black table (MT21), 1 Literature rack (XA51) and 1 waste bin (MA10) per 12sqm size of the stand. Please refer to the below breakdown list for number of furniture for your stand size in sqm. It is prohibited to swap/replace furniture items on the package. Exhibitors may order additional furniture items at an additional cost. Furniture distribution breakdown is below.

Furniture

Exhibition grade carpet laid direct to hall floor. Standard colour carpet for shell scheme stand will be provided as part of the package. Any changes to the colour of the carpet should be ordered using the order form, and will be at an additional cost.

Floor Covering

The infill fascia is 400mm deep. The Exhibitor’s name and stand number in Black will be in 65mm capital lettering and fixed directly to the White fascia. Support columns will be positional at corners and in between where fascia’s exceed 3meters in length

Fascia/Name Panel Board

Trad wall at 3000mm H and fascia at 400mm H. Built to a height of 3metres. Height of Stand

3 x 75 Watts metal halide spotlights per 12m². White colour lights with black colour track, Note that spotlights can only be located on the center ceiling of the beam as this can be rotated 360degrees. Please refer to the below breakdown list for number of spotlights for your stand size in sqm.

Electrical Lights

Please contact GES if you would like to attach any graphics to the stand walls. It is allowed to fix product display items to the walls up to 5 kg, if the product display is heavier than 5 kg, please contact GES for assistance.Extra cost might be applicable for panel reinforcement if the product display is over 5 kg.

Stand Walls

1 x electrical socket (Standard British square 3 pin) on the rear wall as shown on the above booth design per 12m². Please note that shell scheme stands are only provided for a stand power up to 400watts. Anything above 500watts power will require an additional mains power supply (e.g. coffee machines, kettles, etc). If unsure please feel free to contact us. Please refer to the below breakdown list for number of sockets for your stand size in sqm.If exhibitors would like specific positions for the socket, then this must be sent to GES using the Grid Plan provided. Otherwise sockets will be positioned in a default position. Changes onsite will be subject to relocation fee.
