    PROJECT: Towards a Mutual Recognition of Skills (MRS) in CLM countries for AEC 2015 and beyond

    Objectives To facilitate the mobility of skilled labour through the mutual recognition of skills (MRS) mechanism and accelerate economic integration of CLM countries towards AEC 2015 and beyond

    Duration: Phase 2 July 2015-December 2017 (Phase 1: July 2014-June 2015)

  • Regional Skills Technical Working Group

    Role and Functions:

    • Responsible for coordinating ASEAN skills-related activities of the ILO including the mutual recognition of skills (MRS)

    • Facilitate implementation of national programmes/activities as coherently and efficiently

    • Coordinate the implementation of the action plans MRS

    • Represent the country in workshops and meetings as may be organized by the ILO on ASEAN mutual recognition of skills (MRS)
