Drawing from his over 11 years of business experience and management roots from the Big Four, Abiola provides overall leadership for the Company. Prior to joining PML Advisory, Abiola worked at KPMG and rose to the position of Manager before joining IFRS Partner Limited (a subsidiary of Issues Central Inc. Canada) as Senior Consultant. Abiola has extensive experience in audit, International Financial Reporting Standards, risk management, accounting services, financial advisory, process improvement and business development working with clients in banking, insurance, assets management, pension, private equity fund, funds, NGOs/donor agencies and regulators. A goal getter with passion for quality and results.

Abiola focuses on the Company's strategic vision, product development and is leading a high-caliber team and consultant base, primarily made up of Big Four professionals with superior credentials and substantial industry experience. Outside his Big 4 global working experience, he has acquired a lot of experience working with PML Advisory partners across the globe.

Abiola is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a Certified Information System Auditor. He holds a Bachelor of Agriculture Degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile- Ife, Osun State.

Abiola Fajimi,Chief Operating Officer

Abdul-wahhab IbrahimExecutive Director

With experience in consulting and the real sector, Abdul-wahhab has the kind of background required to deal with today's client problem having worked as Consultant, Chief Finance Officer and Chief Internal Auditor for over 13 years. He is responsible for leading and coordinating PML technical team. He has extensive experience in audit, financial advisory, financial management, treasury management, restructuring and reengineering, project appraisal and change management.

Prior to joining PML Advisory, he worked at Spartkwest Steel Industries Limited as Finance Director, Westcom Technologies and Energy Services Limited as Group, Head of Internal Audit, KPMG Professional Services and Deloitte as Senior Auditor. He started his career at Deloitte in 2000 where he spent about four years before moving to KPMG Professional Services in 2005 where he served as team leader on the audit of the Firm's major banking and insurance clients and left in 2008 to Westcom Technologies and Energy Services and from where he was seconded to SparkWest Steel Industries Limited.

He has a Bachelors degree in Accounting from the Bayero University Kano where he received awards for the best graduating student, Auditing and Investigation and Advance Accounting and Theory. He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.

Adeola Adesanya is an Associate Director and currently serves as a key member of the technical. He has about 7 years experience in providing accounting services, International Financial Reporting Standards implementation and other financial advisory services to clients; and serving the growing PML's clientele.

Prior to joining PML Advisory, he worked at BGL Plc in Financial Control and Investment Management. Adeola has experience in financial and regulatory reporting, management of corporate and high net worth individuals' portfolio.

Adeola holds an MBA in Management from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, United Kingdom and Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from University of Lagos. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

Olushola OmotuyiSenior Consultant

Olushola is a Senior Consultant with PML Advisory and responsible for supporting clients in implementing the Company's services. Olushola, is a KPMG trained chartered accountant and auditor with exposure in audit, accounting advisory, due diligence and project management.

She has 6 years experience and has provided auditing, accounting /due diligence services to major banks, pension fund administrators and custodians, investment and capital management companies, insurance companies and trading organizations.

Olushola holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from University of Lagos, Nigeria and she is an associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

14Celestine is a dynamic business development professional with 14 years of success achieving revenue, profit and business growth working with major institutions. He is experience in creating, developing and executing innovative business development plans and strategies to achieve organizational goals. He is responsible for the company’s coordinating the business development efforts, which includes interaction with customers and potential customers through a variety of delivery methods (i.e. via telephone, cold calling, organizational affiliations and the Internet). He previously worked as Account Executive at IFRS Partner, Head Business Development at Institute for Industrial Technology (IIT), GTS-Infotel Ltd and Bitrax Axxent Limited where he was responsible corporate trainings, products and brand development, strategic marketing, channel management, client relationship and performance optimization. He holds a Master of Business Administration Degree (Marketing Technology) from Federal University of Technology, Owerri.
