Presently working at EPCC/ODC/IMC contract bahja

Presently working as a electrical and Instrumentation QAQC focal point for the bahja cluster of above mentioned contracts. Responsibility is to monitor the Quality system of the all contractors & Sub contractors which are working under EPCC/ IMC/ODC.

• Construction and commissioning of different types of crude oil and gas wells such as PCP/ESP/Beam pump and free flow wells.

• Construction and commissioning of water supply wells and water injection wells. • Construction and commissioning of associate MSV‘s, Manifold’s and establishing the

communication through RTU and SCADA. Projects executed in PDO

Brief description on ongoing projects in EPCC at Bahja cluster:

1. Project: Bahja By pass Project From: March 2016 till date Contractor: ATE/ Mott Engineering

This Project was emerged to bypass the existing old bahja gathering station. As a part of modification and diversion the crude is diverted toward Suwaihat production station. All lines from the field is diverted to 5 new MSV’s and the outlet of MSV’s are connected to Suwaihat production station.

2. Project: SADAD deep water disposal Pump project From: April2013 to Feb 2016 Contractor: WGCCC /GPS

Scope of work in this project is to install the Pump and configure its controls in the DCS and the Safe guarding logics in IPS of Emerson system Delta V. This project is developed to facilitate the water injection system in the sadad area. Some of the wells are converted as a water injection well in the field.

3. Project: Zuliyah test Separator Project: From: October 2014 to June 2016 Contractor: WGCCC/GPS

Scope of work contains of installation of new test separator at Zuliyah production station and its associated piping along with instrumentation and metering. Scope of instrumentation is to install the associated instruments and configure the controls in the existing system.

4. Project: Zuliyah AP flare project: From: October 2014 to July 2016 Contractor: WGCCC/GPS

Scope of work contains installation of new AP flare and the flare panel outside the zone zero area and thermocouple cable laying and its configuration on DCS.

5. Project: Conditioning monitoring system From: July 2014 to July 2016 Contractor: WGCCC/WPAI

Scope of works contains the installation of conditioning monitoring skid at ANZUZ production station, Suwaihat production station, Sayyala production station, Sadad production station and Zuliyah Production station. And its interfacing with DCS.

6. Project: Qarn Alam Steam project From: April 2010 to March 2011 Contactor: Dodsal/Mott

Scope of work in instrumentation contains the construction of new control building, cable laying and installation of instrumentation and its testing, installation, pre commissioning and commissioning of whole new steam generation plant at Qarn Alam.
