OBJECTIVE
To use and further develop my Skills and qualifications and to climb the ladder of hierarchy with hard work and dedication. Summary:
Have 7 years of experience in Drilling industries, experience in onshore, working in different positions Driller, Assistant Driller, Derrickman, Floorman and Roustabout. Overseas experience, working in pumping, for well intervention, testing, commissioning, well testing operations and exploration wells. Well experienced on Cyber and Semi Cyber rigs 3000 HP Double Stand and Triple Stand .
Knowledge about Saudi Aramco and Kuwait Oil Company drilling standards, working in different rigs in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.
First hand knowledge to introduction to computer technology and Microsoft Office and basic features of Windows XP, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Writing clear, concise reports and business correspondence.Excellent oral communication and written skills and abilities to work with team members. Can grasp the use of any software that is used by the organization for preparing reporting and statements.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
Operates and monitors all drilling systems and equipment under the supervision of the Tool Pusher or other competent person, supervises drill crew work activities with complete and appropriate drilling documentation to the satisfaction of the client, Company management and in compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
Assist to determine means of improving efficiency and reducing costs where possible, investigate and take corrective action when required.
Assist in planning and coordinating repairs of major budget items to minimize downtime and provide the most cost effective means of maintaining company’s equipment to the highest standards and contractual requirements.Has to make sure spares and consumables usage is kept under reasonable control without affecting the efficiency of the operations or the quality of the maintenance.Possess a friendly, professional demeanor with effective listening and reasoning ability with very good communication skills. Well versed in computers and use of Word, Excel and emailing. Can grasp the use of any software that is used by the organization for reporting to send in reports etc.

QHSE Responsibilities :
To lead through effective safety leadership by being personally responsible for Implementation of the HSEMS.
To ensure a safe working environment without harm to persons or the environment. To address QHSE issues at the time of their identification Ensure compliance with company HSE policies by all personnel, support personal to
take time out for safety, when necessary and encourage employees to make safety suggestions
Ensure Waste Management Plan is adhered to. Ensure that the permit to work system and other HSE management tools are used
correctly. Actively assist and participate in safety discussions, safety drills (like BOP shut in) and
regular inspections.(esp. daily check on well control equipment and other safety equipment).
Operational Responsibility:
Operates drilling activities in accordance with safe well control practices and in accordance with local regulatory requirements under guidance from STP.
Ensure well programs and schedules are well known to the Drilling crew. Assist to inspect drilling unit and ensure compliance with all regulatory body
requirements. Ensure that all rig equipment within area of responsibility is maintained in accordance
with the Company’s Preventive Maintenance System. BMS process. Ensure that equipment is returned to its proper storage location in a condition where
it is ready for use again.

Conduct pre-tour meetings with rig crew to communicate daily objectives, special instructions, safety precautions and training activities as required.
Must ensure in liaison with the STP immediate and detailed reporting in writing of any incident/accident or other operational problems to base in accordance with the normal protocol.. esp., damage to equipment and safety related incidents
Tries to achieve standard drilling performance and propose solutions to improve performance if necessary.
To preplan operational needs, organize equipment and supplies, conduct testing of critical equipment/systems as required, pre-inspect safety related issues and direct crew for operations.
Supporting, promoting and actively participating in the Company’s CAP (Competency Assurance Program) process.
Customer / Public Relations : Good relation with the client representatives and ability to make sure misunderstanding or bad communication does not develop within the people working on the rig.Represent the Company in a professional manner both on and off the job to include
confidentiality of Company and client business.Be knowledgeable of all safety policies and procedures that pertain to my area of
