Monitorkeyperformancemetricsofthebroadcastephemerisandthenavigationsignals• Userrangeaccuracy,duetobroadcastorrangingsignal• Correctnessofkeybroadcastparameters• Satelliteobservabilityassessment• 30secondlatency

GPS-basedarrival-timesystemonatraintraversingtheEasternseaboardsawextraordinarypositionerrors.
