Attend meetings and contribute to college committees; participate in campus activities and events Boys & Girls Clubs of Cleveland Club Director March 2005 – March 2014 Lead/manage a diverse staff of FT and PT employees including training, counseling, and teamwork. Supervise the day-to-day operations including but not limited to program implementation, conflict resolution, and overall fun atmosphere. Coordinate recruitment efforts and contribute to community meetings by attending local events and communicating our mission to ensure that the needs of the community are being met. Direct individual/corporate volunteer efforts whether one time or on-going and serve as the primary liaison while on-site. Coach youth, parents, and staff to work through challenges and keep moving forward. Compile analytical reports on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis for senior leadership and grants. Serve as the Club’s spokesperson with media outlets and partners. Berea Children’s Home and Family Services Mentor November 2008 – April 2011 Counseled youth on a one-to-one basis teaching life and coping skills. Guided youth towards personal goals as well as those set forth by the program. Documented service case notes and monthly reports.
