The mission of ASE PTO is to promote and enrich the education of our students through developing and funding of projects that fall outside of the school budget including supplementing equipment and supplies. We also work to enhance and assist the tremendous efforts of the Administration, Teachers and Staff through the involvement of the talents and resources of parents and community volunteers. The PTO Annual Meeting and Board election has been rescheduled and will be held on Monday, May 2nd at 6:00 PM. All positions are currently open. Serving on the PTO Board is rewarding and fulfilling. Each individual member of the Board brings a different perspective, new ideas, and talents that contribute to the success of the PTO as a whole. Please consider serving on the PTO Board. You can find an application to be placed on the ballot at www.asepto.org along with information on each position. Applications are due by Thursday, April 7th. All Board Members must be a member of PTO and be the parent or legal guardian of student at ASE. If you have any questions, please contact the PTO Board Secretary at [email protected]

Did You Know...?
Humble ISD is proud to offer our parents a convenient way to monitor their student’s progress
online. The Home Access Center (HAC) is a “one-stop” portal to view your student’s schedule,
attendance record, classwork, progress reports, report cards, registration information, and so
much more. If you have multiple students in the district, you only need to create one account to
access all your students. The HAC portal can be accessed from any smart phone or computer
with a browser such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari.
Each year parents and guardians must complete an Annual Student Update registration
for every student. Humble ISD is making this back-to-school registration process easier for
district families with online Annual Student Update registration. Starting August 4th, the Annual
Student Update will begin for the 2016-2017 school year. Parents and guardians will use their
Home Access Center (HAC) account to enter Guardian and Emergency Contact Information, the
Panther Newsletter
April 28, 2016
Student Health Inventory, the Military Dependent form, the Department of Family and Protective
Services form, Family Survey, Compulsory Attendance, and the Permission form. The parent
will also acknowledge district policies. Annual Update must be accessed with Internet Explorer
9, 10, 11 (not in compatibility view), Firefox (current release plus 4 prior versions), Chrome
(current release plus 4 prior versions), or Safari 5.1.7.
How to Get Started
To create a HAC account, you must be designated as the student’s guardian and you must
provide a current email address. For Spanish speakers, you are able to have your HAC account
displayed in Spanish if you chose your language of correspondence as Spanish during
enrollment. If you need to be designated as a guardian, change or update your email address, or
change your language of correspondence, please contact the registrar’s office at 281-641-3603 to
make these changes before proceeding to create a HAC account.
To register a new HAC account, you will navigate to the district’s home page at
http://www.humbleisd.net/parents. There you will find links to instructions describing how to
create a HAC Account.
Remember: The Annual Student Update registration for the 2016-17 school year will be done
online through HAC - so please sign up before this school year is over!
