auctioned off to support OCC -

auction sold out!

Super Hereoes Night - May 19

OCC sponsored this great night, and brought over 500

military/veteran folks to the game with us! Power Crunch

coordinated with the Boys and Girls Club to bring 89 (!)

kids to the ball park, early. The kids made Power Crunch

care packages! OCC had a table in the main gate where

folks dropped off care package items and wrote notes to

the troops.Lots of fun that evening!

• SF Giants Salute to the Military Game

May 29, 2017

OCC distributed tickets to troops and vets compliments of

the SF Giants as well as season ticket holders who

donated tickets. The crowd saw and heard OCC President

Julie DeMaria interviewed pre-game, and OCC helped

select uniformed troops to participate in ceremonies at

the game:

• US Marine Corps Color Guard from San Jose

presented the colors

• 5 for the Home Plate ceremony,

representing their branch of the military,

• 8 took the field with their kids,

• 40 who unfurled the flag.

• SrA Michelle Doolittle sang the National Anthem

and "God Bless America."

• Others helped during pregame handing out flags

• Others were on our waiting list to substitute for

those who did not show at the last minute.
