same My primary goal is to make sure customers generally know what
we have to offer and specifically how we can help them General
activities might include web site changes running a webinar or
planning direct email messaging to our customer base Specific
actions are much more fun and often include listening to customer
challenges and discussingdemonstrating a technology solution
What was your favorite project you worked on this yearSo corny buthellipremember how George in ldquoItrsquos a Wonderful Liferdquo would hear a bell every time an angel got their wings
The bell rings every time I can help a customer find a solution to their challenge Certainly the re-branding of our
web page was a big win but the bell rings even louder with 2X traffic Year-over-Year and page 1 search results for
many of our solutions
What product or solution are you most excited about for 2020ldquoIf it is connected itrsquos protectedrdquo is a slogan I often hear on the radio I like it I feel the next wave forming is
customers relying completely on outsourcing security (play on words since we offer managed security via Server
COMPLETE Network COMPLETE or Endpoint COMPLETE) The fact is wersquove assembled the people process and
technology to do security better than the average customer and nowadays organizations are learning they canrsquot do it
all
Whatrsquos your favorite thing about working for PetersWersquore too small for politics but big enough to draw some incredibly smart hard-working people By word of mouth
Peters amp Associates was always known for ldquogreat talent Our reputation has gone digital which has allowed us to
expand and deepen our customer base to solve even more customer challenges Accomplishing this in a flat
organization with logical decision-making has kept me happy for 22 years and counting
What do you like to do outside of work
Irsquom a husband father of 3 (5th 8th and my son a senior off to college next year) and a dog owner so home-life keeps
me hopping Between plays at school hockey games or college visits any time remaining is often spent recovering
to do it again the next day 128522 My wife and I walk a few miles every morning and eventually I will ramp things up to
train for my annual mid-summer walk around Lake Genevahellip235 miles of solitude
