Some quick updates on Q3:  

We had a busy quarter, and it is showing no signs of slowing down! We are happy

to report three new wins: we added a new commercial customer: Bright

Power/Fannie Mae, received a NY City prime award from Department of Social

Services, and received a Federal prime award from Social Security Administration

to help them audit a $150M agile project to modernize disability case management

nationwide.  After a summer slowdown our public training classes are heating up

again, and we are adding two new classes: Okaloa Flowlab and Human Centered

Design. Craeg Strong, our CTO, led an exciting Human Centered Design bootcamp

at the NYC Department of Youth and Community Development, and has

continued a speaking tour at agile conferences: AgileDC in September, AgileCamp

NYC in October, and Agile Day NYC in November. We are responding to more

RFPs and RFIs than ever before, on track to nearly triple our 2018 numbers.

Ariel works to "Make a Difference"

Ariel Partners hosted a two day human centered

design training class for the Department of Youth and

Community Services NYC in August.  During the class

participants learned all about the world of HCD in this

Ariel will be hosting a meetup on October 14 in downtown NYC featuring speaker

Guillaume Marceau. Marceau will present his innovative solution to portfolio and

resource management: firepower. With firepower, Guillaume is able to allocate

multiple resources across dozens of ongoing parallel initiatives, while avoiding over-

committing and preserving the ability to adjust each week.

Ariel Partners won a bid we submitted for the SocialSecurity Administration for Consulting Services for AgileSoftware Development. Ariel will support the OIG’sassessment of SSA’s Agile projects for the next year. Wekicked off this new project in Baltimore, MD, on Sept. 20. The work will include 11 Agile training classes deliveredin person and ongoing support to teach OIG proper Agilemethodologies.

Social Security Administration

Bright Power delivers energy efficiency and renewable

energy solutions using an integrated and holistic energy

management approach.  Ariel is doing software

development for this company to support Fannie Mae’s

$40B green loan portfolio.
