Akshay KumarCFO of Bragg Gaming Group

Dominic has an extensive background of nearly 20 years in the gaming and lottery industry. Most recently, Dominic could be seen at the poker tables of Rational Group’s Full Tilt where he was Managing Director and is credited with innovatively moving the business into recreational poker and launching casino products.

He has a deep understanding of the lottery sector having been CEO at the UK based Health Lottery and also built up plenty of air miles, working closely with government lotteries around the world at GTECH where he was VP of Product. He built bingos.com from scratch, sold it to NetPlay TV plc where he became CEO and a PLC board member.

Dominic MansourCEO of Bragg Gaming Group

Akshay brings over 12 years’ experience in the betting and gaming sector and has responsibility for the Group's accounting, financial planning and budgeting in accordance with the Group's strategy.

Akshay served as CFO of NetPlay TV plc, a gaming business listed on the London Stock Exchange, where he led the sale to Betsson AB in 2017.

Prior to this he was Financial Controller at Sporting Index, the sports spread betting specialist. Akshay is a Fellow Chartered Accountant having qualified with PwC, holds an MBA and is a member of the ICSA.

Slovenia based Matevz, established ORYX in 2010, after 8 years as international business development, sales, marketing and IT professional with different online and land-based gaming companies, building business relationships throughout Asia, Europe, Central America and North America.

Matevz has led ORYX from start up to global leader in turnkey gaming solutions. With clients ranging from JackpotJoy to GVC, ORYX is now a recognized solution provider to the gaming industry.

Rick WaterlowMD of GIVEMESPORT

Rick brings over thirty years experience in the media industry, including his most recent role as International President at Vice Media Group, where he led thirty-five global offices, as well as successfully launching new ventures in India, Indonesia and across Europe. Previous roles at Vice include COO and European CFO.

Prior to Vice Media, Rick held the roles of CFO and MD at Time Out Group, where he launched the magazine in New York and Chicago and led the transition from print to digital.

Rick is a chartered accountant and qualified with Ernst and Young in their London office.
