People arethe resource…
Until We Are All Free is
OUR solution,
…to healing from and ending Mass
Incarceration
The Vision for the Until We Are All Free
Movement…
• We understand that the most valuable resource on earth is our people, and we honor the gifts, talents, and full lives of each person in our communities by investing in the internal capital of our people and by creating spaces and pathways for each of us toward freedom. Our Vision is to see all of us with the space and resources we need to restore our humanity and return to our communities as valued neighbors, until we are all free.
The Philosophy for how we work with
humans…
• We believe the only pathway to liberation is through holistic, trauma-informed relationships with the individuals we serve. Our foundational values are centered in the power of the collective, healing, community, integrity, joy, culture, individuality, humility and dedication. We seek out the expertise of people who have first-hand experience with human rights violations such as Mass Incarceration and provide them with the space and resources they need to restore their humanity and return to our communities as valued neighbors and invaluable partners in our collective liberation in the fight for freedom.

This is the work that brings out the
deepest parts of ourselves, the
work that leads to a Revolution.
UWAAF and our recently released
community members are collectively
creating and publishing a human based
reentry handbook for our brothers and
sisters who are yet to come home.
Through a compilation of reentry stories
and experiences written collectively by
the individuals who have been through
reentry, our hope is that this handbook
gives individuals coming out of
incarceration the wisdom and pathway
to success, although and in spite of, the
unexpected challenges that come while
navigating through the reentry process.

To support scholars of the Prison-to-Law
Pipeline, we are developing a law firm and
a reentry clinic—the connective tissue of
which is frontline resources and investment
from Until We Are All Free—that will
employ and support Pipeline graduates
while undertaking impact litigation that is
central to our legal revolution.

How does this solution
correlate with victimization
and harm?
8
Our men and women coming home are still coming home as fathers,
mothers, aunties, uncles, brothers, sisters, sons and daughters…
We are setting their children up for a vulnerable pathway , a pathway
that is likely to lead towards victimization
…When kids have their
parents back, we can begin to
disrupt the cycles of
incarceration, oppression,
and violence…
This is what human healing
looks like…
