UNSW’s Unsafe Parking Practices

Parking Penalties at UNSW are not about safety, road traffi c rules, equitable sharing of resources but only about Unscrupulous Revenue Raising.

As obvious from evidence below, the UNSW’s vehicles were parked on Thursday, 25/10/2012 at 9:30 AM unsafely, on a slope (unattended, in an area where student was killed only few years ago by a run away vehicle), and not less importantly in an area with 5 “No Stopping” signs displayed within only about 20 metres, with clear additional signs (quoting): “Fire Hydrant Booster Valve“ and “Gas Valve”.

Below is an example of unscrupulous revenue raising inconsiderate of any traffic or parking rules by Wilson Security officers on Wednesday 07/11/2012 at 15:50 on a “Rear To Kerb“ zone.

This is evidently a Wilson-style “Security Response“ to the UNSW parking rules - no double standard here.

same account any other “small person” is.

This is necessary mainly because these authorities or corporations love to make their money on penalising their own employees/clients/customers.

We release the public report in order to enable the responsible reviewer to make necessary links between the normative requirements, policy, performance objectives and targets (consistent with the expectations in the applicable management system standard or other normative document), any applicable legal requirements, responsibilities, competence of personnel, operations, procedures, any available objective evidence, perfor-mance data and internal audit findings and conclusions.

The Wilson Security pride itself on being ISO 9001 certified.

It should however be aware that upon breach of its certification conditions/requirements it may lose its cer-tification.

Among some of the direct benefits that can be achieved by ISO 9001 certification are:

• Improved product and service quality, leading to satisfied customers• Improved management and operational processes, resulting in less waste (both time and materi-

als), increased productivity, efficiency and cost savings,

and

among some of the direct derivative benefits are:

• Enhanced reputation• Improved customer and supplier relationships• Improved employee morale

No doubt due to the sheer esthetical appeal of the ISO 9001 certification logo, the UNSW – as a client of Wil-son Security – due to the evidence publicly released - now enjoys contributory liability for potential damages and/or potential Class Action caused/triggered by the unlawful practices of its Wilson Security contractor.

No doubt the UNSW is now a highly satisfied customer most content with the quality of the Wilson Security services leading to enhanced reputation of both of the parties involved.

According to the certification process document including the “ISO 9000 Introduction and Support Pack-age: Guidance on the Documentation Requirements of ISO 9001:2008” document the audited body must demonstrate its conformity with ISO 9001by providing objective evidence for each audit and/or certification purpose (quoting): “… records (including records of incidents, breaches of regulation or legislation and rel-evant correspondence with Authorities) on which you based your assessment of compliance with regulatory requirements.”

Since it is a wide spread common practice to “massage data” and/or to provide completely false data we ensure that this does not happen by our public release of collected evidence.

Our aim is to achieve fairness of the system and that even authorities and large corporations are held to the

Evidence
