MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONSRich’s Unlimited Wash Club members are allowed to wash their car every day each month the membership is renewed, but ONLY ONCE PER DAY. Rich’s Car Wash reserves the right to cancel, amend or change the program from time to time as it deems necessary. Only the car listed on this form is eligible for the program and must have an Unlimited Wash Club RFID tag affixed to the vehicle. Damaged tags should be reported to Rich’s immediately. Any attempt to remove the tag will destroy it and keep it from operating, and the member will be charged for tag replacement. Member must notify Rich’s Car Wash of any change in vehicle ownership and a new tag will be issued at no cost. By enrolling in the Unlimited Wash Club program, I agree that the credit card provided will be charged monthly for the selected package on the monthly sign-up anniversary date. This charge will continue every month until the membership is canceled. A valid credit or debit card is required for auto-renewal. I also agree that I waive any and all right to withhold or delay payment of the related credit card charges whether as described in my agreement with the credit card issuer or otherwise. Unlimited Wash Club cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion. This membership can be canceled at any time in person or by email to customerservice@richscarwash.com.
