Plug-In Hybrid, The Best of Both WorldsWherever the destination, the All-New Escape Plug-in Hybrid uses two sources of power to get you there more efficiently. For longer journeys, the conventional combustion engine ensures you can go as far as you need to, using power split technology to help recharge the Hybrid battery as you drive. While energy captured through regenerative braking also helps to extend your electric range.

Wireless Charging The interior of the Escape is designed to maximise space and convenience. Hassle-free wireless charging is available for compatible smartphones so you won’t have to remember your phone charger cord again.

Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop & GoLong distances made easy with Escape. Set your cruising speed and automatically maintain a fixed distance from the vehicle in front with the press of a button. Radar sensors scan the road ahead, if they sense that traffic slows, so does the Escape. Once the traffic clears, it returns to your pre-set speed2,3. Enjoy the journey.
