11 Initial Consult SAM, Ester and Janet get to know each other
SAM will help download the SAM App on their smartphones SAM will
setup an account for Ester based on her personal information
including any special diets, allergies, etc. SAM will setup payment
method selected by Ester & Janet SAM will sign a
confidentiality agreement with Ester & Janet SAM will be added
to Esters pharmacy list SAM will provide training for Ester and
Janet Grocery

option She will select her groceries from the list of items in the
app Ester can select to either search by name or picture

Prescription Medication from the services list in the app For a
refill, Ester will select a previously ordered medication from the
My Meds option For a new prescription, Ester will add a photo of
the prescription to her Log. Prescriptions must be called in ahead
of the shopping list submission.

be asked for a delivery date and time that is at least 24 hours
after submission Ester can view what was submitted at any time by
clicking on the History button under Services and selecting her
submission date

items within an hour of the requested time SAM will bring all
groceries into Esters home and help her put them away SAM will
conduct a wellness check of Ester and her environment If SAM

This project aims to alleviate the pressures caused by our
aging population combined with changing family structure. Everyone
in this room is either affected by this now or will be one day.
Providing independence to a growing population of elderly who are
depending on fewer caretakers is a winning solution for all
families. Our project brings the human element to caring for our
elderly. We can sustain a 25% creeping rate on our project based on
existing requirements. 17 Summary II
