Campus Goal: Reduce tonnage of waste sent to disposal facilities by 40% by 2025.

Roughly ⅓ of the waste U-M sends to the landfill iscompostable material - event in administrative andclassroom buildings without food service!

Much of this is from eventsand staff meeting with food.
