TheUniversityofCaliforniawelcomesandsupportsstudentswithoutregardtotheir

immigrationstatus.UCwillcontinuetoadmitstudentsinamannerconsistentwithour

nondiscriminationpolicyandwithoutregardtoastudent’srace,color,nationalorigin,religion,

citizenshiporotherprotectedcharacteristic.Inotherwords,undocumentedapplicantswith

orwithoutDACAstatuswillbeconsideredforadmissiononthesamebasisasanyU.S.citizen

orotherapplicant.TheUniversityiscommittedtocreatinganenvironmentinwhichall

admittedstudentscansuccessfullymatriculateandgraduate.

Federallawprotectsstudentprivacyrights,andtheCaliforniaConstitutionandstatutesprovidebroad

privacyprotectiontoallmembersoftheUCcommunity.Universitypolicyprovidesadditionalprivacy
