Dear US-President Barak Obama, Members of all three branches of US-Government;

US-General Public, Members of the Academies of Medicine and Law and Fellow Intactivists.

In recent years and in thousands of letters I have written to you I have given you >Critical Mass

Information< to the fact A) that the USA is a Liberal Democratic Right State Law-Society and B) that

>non-therapeutic circumcision of children< is >infliction of preventable injury to a child< and C) that

>any such preventable infliction to the child is ABSOLUTELY ILLEGAL in a Liberal Democratic

Right State Law-Society and therefore already outlawed, and D) that it is therefore unintelligible to

call for a “special-law” to outlaw MGM and D)

that every Adult has the fundamental RIGHT and DUTY to REPORT ANY >infliction of preventable

injury to a child<.

I see no progress in this educational effort to have you act according to US-Right State Law.

It is apparent that you have very little to no knowledge of the Value of Right State-Law.

This is the reason why you are still acting as if MGM were “legalized” and because of this lack of

civic education you call for the creation of a law which already exists.

In my further educational attempt to CLEAR YOUR MIND of the fallacy set up by the Pro-Circ-

Establishment, which has you “believe” that what is done to the child were “legalized”, I am now

going to test you on some basic U.S. government facts that at least you as ADULT CITIZENS MUST

KNOW in order to be able to fulfil your CITIZEN DUTY to END this COLLECTIVE CHILD

ABUSE by way of Democratic Right State Law in DEMANDING from the AUTHORITY, from all> three branches of the U.S. government < to FULLFIL its OBLIGATION to ACT AGAINST this

CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY´s CHILDHOOD.

In Assessment of US National Educational Progress the dire reality exists where 99% of the US-

Public and 100% of the US-Authority demonstrates that we have a “CRISIS ON OUR HANDSWHEN IT COMES TO CIVICS EDUCATION.” Not only is it that only 7% of seventh and eighth graders are able to name the three branches of

government, it is a given fact that 99% of the US-Public and 100% of the US-Authority demonstrate

complete IGNORENCE of the True Value of US-Democratic Right State Law.

If it were only 7% of seventh and eighth graders not able to name the three branches of government

one could say: “due to a lack of interest by the youth on this “dry” subject”.

But it is not only 93% of the US-youth population but 99% of the US-adult-population including

100% of the people in government up to and including the president who have little or no knowledge

of what the term “three branches of government” or “concept of right state law” or “value of liberal democracy” actually means.

In fact the dire reality exists in which 99% of the US-adult-population including 100% of the people in

government up to and including the president are absolutely IGNORENT of the fact that the United

States of America is a > Liberal Democratic Right State< and naturally so, based upon > Right State-

Law<.

___ A country cannot be a Liberal Democracy without first being a Right State.

The Empiric Reality of this total LACK OF KNOWLEDGE is evident in the dire dynamic in which

99% of the US-adult-population including 100% of the public servants employed in all three branches

of government which is the >executive-, the legislative- and judicative branch< of the US- Democratic Right State Government together with the President of the United States of America acts

as either PERPETRATOR of or ACCOMPLICE to the CRIME of COLLECTIVE CHILD ABUSE of

>routine male child genital mutilation<.

Every year – and in the USA alone – 2.2 Million Children are Victim to the COLLECTIVE CHILD

ABUSE of >infliction of preventable injury by way of mutilation to their genital< and 99% of the

US-adult Citizenry and even 100% of the US-Right State-Authority acts as if this OBVIOUSE

>Violation of Democratic-Right-State-Law< were “legalized” … as if a Right State Law exists which

would guarantee a right for someone to >inflict this preventable injury to the male-child’s genital<.

It is clear that such a law would be in >Violation of Principals of a >Liberal Democratic Right State-Law Society<.

It is therefore apparent that the United States of America-Society acts as Child Abuse Society …

and this in no way out of “criminal intent” but even - and as pathetic this is – “out of love for the

child” and not being aware of its FUNDAMENTAL FAILURE of the predominant Human Ability of

CONGNITVE and SENSITIVE DIFFERENTIATION of right and wrong.

THE FACE-VALUE OF 99% of the US-Adult-Society’s AWARENESS of what is right and what is

wrong, of what is legal and what is absolutely intolerable activity; of what is allowed to be done to a

child and what not; of what is UPRIGHT HUMANSHIP and what is ANTI.HUMAN-ACTIVITY is

exemplified in its COLLECTIVE ABUSE-, its COLLECTIVE DISCRIMINATION-, its >Collective

Genital Mutilation of its Male-Child Population<.

The public and authority speaks of >fundamental rights<; speaks proud of its >democracy and the

constitution< it is rooted in; speaks proud of its army and police force and never forgets to point to

itself as “example of true freedom and democratic responsibility< BUT is in reality the HORRIFIC

EXAMPLE of a CHILD MUTILATOR-SOCIETY.

No person in the US, not one adult US-Citizen has ever come forward in acknowledgement of the

RIGHT STATE LAW-REALITY and POINTING OUT that >routine male-genital-mutilation< (MGM) is in fact a VIOLATION of DEMOCRATIC RIGHT STATE LAW and therefore

ALREADY OUTLAWED just the same as is >non-therapeutic GM to girls.

Also not even any one person within the US-Intactivist-Movement and any of these people who say “I

am against routine male-child circumcision” , ever pointed out the FACT that also this CHILD

ABUSE is OUTLAWED the same as is any other >infliction of preventable injury to any child of

any age and gender, regardless by whom inflicted and whatever the motive of such an infliction of

injury may be<.

All to the contrary of intelligent behaviour, even those who are against this Child Abuse act as if this

Obvious Cruelty to the Child were at the moment “legalized” and due to this being totally

ENSTRANGED to RIGHT STATE LAW-REALITY call for the creation of a “special-law” to outlawthis Child Abuse, despite the fact that MGM is already OUTLAWED.

We are facing the Horrific Reality of Children being Mutilated by the Millions; of Adult Citizens

and the Authority being in FULL KNOWLEDGE of this Insanity, even acting as PERPETRATORS

and ACCOMPLICE of this COLLECTIVE CHILD ABUSE which is done every day and in every

neighbourhood from coast to coast and NOT ONE ADULT US-CITIZEN has ever come to the all in

all easy conclusion that >what is being done to the child is UTTERLY WRONG and all in all

ILLEGAL IN ANY DEMOCRATIC RIGHT STATE-LAW-SOCIETY.

Yes, we are facing COLLECTIVE CHILD ABUSE done by people who consistently refuse to admit

the COLLECTIVE WRONG!

The General Public and Authority will not change its obvious ILLEGAL STANCE by itself.There is no readiness to admit the TOTAL FAILURE of mind and heart, despite of the empiric

evidence of the OBVIOUS WRONG which is being done to the child.

This change of the ABSURD SOCIETAL MINDSET can only be achieved by EDUCATION of the

REALITY and ENFORCEMENT of RIGHT STATE LAW.

So as TRUE UPRIGHT CITIZEN in the Jurisdiction of the Liberal Democratic Right State of

America and elsewhere, WE HAVE THE LEGAL OBLIGATION to ABIDE by the Right State Law

which DEMANDS from AVERY ADULT CITIZEN and the AUTHORITY to PREVENT any

>infliction of preventable injury to any child of any age and gender anytime and anywhere, regardless

who inflicts this injury and whatever the motive may be.

It is absolutely WRONG NOT TO MOVE AGAINST this CHILD ABUSE only because the rest of

the Society and the Authority does nothing to stop MGM.

One could say now “If one doesn’t know better one can’t do better”.

But this truth is only so long valid until someone comes and gives EMPIRIC KNOWLEDGE of the

REALITY that a) the USA is a Liberal Democratic Right State-Law Society and b) that in such a

Society any form of >infliction of preventable injury to any child of any age and gender< is

OUTLAWED, regardless by whom inflicted and whatever the motive of such an infliction of injury may be<.

… and yes it is true that the >Responsible Co-Scholar of the School of Humanity, gives this >Critical

Mass Education< since DECADES GLOBALLY and in this certainly also to the US-Public, to the

US-Authority of all three branches of government and to all those who call themselves “Intactivists”

and are active against MGM in many different forums predominantly on Facebook and other web-

sites.

BUT – and sadly so - to NO POSITIVE RESULT.

PEOPLE continue to IGNORE the EXISTENCE of the REALITY of RIGHT STATE LAW in which

also the COLLECTIVE CHILD ABUSE of >routine male circumcision< is absolutely OUTLAWED.

People refuse to admit having fallen prey to the Pro-Circ-Insanity’s SET UP

FALLACY and continue to act as pathetic as if what the Pro-Circ-Establishment says, were of

>Liberal Democratic Right State-Value<.

Yes, we are facing COLLECTIVE GENITAL MUTILATION of MALE CHILDREN from COAST to COAST … but instead of DEMANDING from the ALL THREE BRANCHES of GOVERNMENT

to FULFIL its OBLIGATION to END THIS CHILD ABUSE by way of RIGHT STATE LAW, …

what do even those people who are openly against MGM do? … … … they BLATENTLY IGNORE

the CORRECT INFORMATION GIVEN to THEM and continue to be in “discussions” over

“discussions” and are ever so hungry for even “more research” about this MOST OBVIOUSE ANTI-

HUMAN-ACTIVITY of >routine male-child circumcision< which really has the words CHILDABUSE, CRUELTY and ILLEGALITY written all over it.

Only the fundamentally disturbed mind and heart is able to act as if this child abuse were in any way

“legalized”.

The healthy, the undisturbed mind and heart is UNABLE NOT TO SEE the obvious illegality in what

is being done to the child and in this the VIOLATION of the US-CONSTITUTION which is exercised

in the Collective Exclusion of the Male-Child-Population from its Right State [constitutional]

guaranteed Human Right of Equal Protection.

So yes it is true that the executive, legislative and judicative branches of government are

ENSTRANGED from profound KNOWLEDGE of the CONCEPT of RIGHT STATE and due

to this BLIND IGNORENCE of the REALITY of the USA being a DEMOCRATIC RIGHTSTATE SOCIETY, the entire US-Government acts – in relation to non-therapeutic circumcision of

male-children – and by doing so it acts IN PRAXIS of the Cruel Nature OF A POLICE-STATE.

This is why the >Global Intactivist Symposium for an Intact Humanity< sees its Right State based

Responsibility as Social Educative Institute in [re]action to the obvious Requirement of Re-

Education of the General Public but no less of the executive, legislative and judicative branches of

government, in giving KNOWLEDGE of the DEMOCRATIC RIGHT STATE CONCEPT to

enable all those who act out of Lack of Knowledge, those who do Wrong, to Know Better and in

consequence to Do Better.

Let us now evaluate the >Principal of Right State Law< or as we also can call it >liberal democratic

right state law< which undoubtedly is the profound, undisputable and unchangeable LAW of the

>United States of America< and of any >democratic right state law society< in Europe and any other

Liberal Democracy on Earth.

Democracy and Right State Law are one of a kind. One does not function without the other.

We speak here not if a Democratic Right State Law-Society actually exercises the Principal of Right

State Law or not (we would not have to DEMAND from the Authority to exercise the Principal of

Right State Law, if all were well).

We examine the Principals of the Concept of Right State. We learn to know the meaning.

They are the Fundament Principals of the Concept of Liberal Democracy.

This Knowledge enables us to understand that Right State Principals are the foundation of US-

Jurisdiction.

First we learn to know the Concept of Democratic Right State:

Right State is a concept in continental European legal thinking which can be translated as "legal

state", "state of law", "state of justice", or "state of rights and duties".

It is a "constitutional state" in which the exercise of governmental power is constrained by the Right

State-Law and is tied to the Anglo American Rule of Law.

In a Right State, the power of the state is limited in order to protect citizen from the arbitrary exercise

of authority.

In a Right State the Citizen share legally based Civil-Liberties and Duties and they can use the

Courts.

A country cannot be a Liberal Democracy without first being a Right State.

Since we can agree that the USA is a fundamental Liberal Democracy we conclude that the USA is a

fundamental Democratic Right State.

Non-therapeutic circumcision of a child is >infliction of preventable injury to a child< and therefore

an act of INJUSTICE.

Those who refuse to act against INJUSTICE are ACCOMPLICE to INJUSTICE.

Anyone who refuses to STOP MGM acts in Violation of the Right State Law which OBLIGATESEVERY ADULT CITIZEN to REPORT ANY of SUCH ACT.

Now we learn to know the Democratic Right State Principals:

The most important principles of the Democratic Right State are:

A) The state based on the supremacy of national constitution and exercises coercion and

guarantees the safety and constitutional right of its citizensB) Civil society is equal partner to the stateC) Separations of powers with the executive, legislative and judicative branches of government

limiting each other's power and providing for checks and balances

D) The judicature and the executive are bound by law (no acting against the law), and the

legislature is bound by constitutional principles

E) Both the legislature and democracy itself is bound by elementary constitutional rights and

principlesF) Transparency of state acts and the requirement of providing a reasoning for all state acts

G) Review of state decisions and state acts by independent organs, including an appeal process

H) Hierarchy of laws, requirement of clarity and definitenessI) Reliability of state actions, protection of past dispositions made in good faith against later state

actions, prohibition of retroactivityJ) Principle of the proportionality of state action

K) Monopoly of the legitimate use of force

Due to Principal A) which includes the constitutional guaranteed right of equal right state law-

protection, we understand that the present INACTIVITY of the US-AUTHORITY concerning the

>infliction of non-therapeutic circumcision of male children< is all in all >unconstitutional < and is

evidence of a fundamental FAILURE of the US-AUTHORITY .

A Right State is based on the supremacy of national constitution and MUST exercise coercion

and MUST guarantee the safety and constitutional right of all its citizens.

e.g.: All children of any age and gender are equal-citizen and have the same undividable state

guaranteed right for protection. No exceptions are allowed.

The practice of >non-therapeutic circumcision of children of any age and gender< violates numerous

Democratic Right State-Laws and International Treaties, including the Universal Declaration of

Human Rights, the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Convention Against Torture and the

respective Liberal Democratic Right State Constitution and Penal Code, not to mention the dictum of

medicine: “first do no harm”.

Such an act infringes upon the guarantees of rights secured by Federal and State law, both statutory

and constitutional.

Empiric evidence of the fundamental FAILURE of the US-AUTHORITY:

A) The Authority excludes the male-population from its Constitutional Right of Protection.

B) The Authority discriminates the male-population because it protects female-children from

>infliction of preventable injury< but not male children.

C) The Authority insist in its false claim that >non-therapeutic infliction to the genital of male

children< were a state guaranteed [a legal] right for parents to do and that the constitutional

guaranteed freedom of religious and traditional practice were to include the freedom to >inflict

preventable injury to the child<. Which is absolute WRONG and totally ABSURD in that!

How can it be legal to inflict preventable injury to a Child’s God created Identity?

We have learned to know the Principal Meaning of Liberal Democratic Right State.

In a Right State the Citizen share legally based Civil-Liberties and Duties and they can use the

Courts.

We have knowledge of the FUNDAMENTAL SOCIETAL-FAILURE including even theFUNDAMENTAL FAILURE of Authority concerning >non-therapeutic circumcision<.

It is a fundamental Citizen Right and Duty to Demand from the Authority to FULFILL its Right

State Law OBLIGATION to PROTECT ALL CHILDREN of any age and gender EQUALLY

from any infliction of preventable injury or other harm regardless of who inflicts this

preventable injury and what ever the motive of such an infliction my be.
