What is a unit?
.Unit- Small houses on a block (usually 2-4 depending on the
yards size).
Difference between a unit and a HouseA house is an individual
dwelling occupied by families or a single person, they are not
joined, they are owned outright by individuals and usually have a
mortgage loan on the home. If you own a home you own the outside
and land the house sits on, you are responsible for the exterior of
the home, roof, siding, driveway and landscaping.
Unit is a small house.
UNIT 1This has 2 bedroom, both rooms with built in robes. Open
plan living with reverse cycle heating and cooling.
Features include 2 good sized bedrooms, both with BIRs.
