Il microprocessore controlla costantemente la temperatura del locale e le condizioni ambientali esterne: se queste ultime consentono lo smaltimento del carico termico allora viene abilitato il FREE-COOLING.A differenza dei sistemi tradizionali la temperatura di inizio free-cooling varia al variare del carico termico del locale condizionato.

The microprocessor control continuously monitors the room temperature and the outside environmental conditions: if these conditions allow the dissipation of the thermal load, FREE-COOLING is then activated.Unlike traditional systems, the free-cooling start-up temperature varies as the thermal load in the conditioned room varies.

Serranda di free-cooling, controllo a microprocessore e ventilatore dell’evapo-ratore possono essere alimentati anche dal gruppo di continuità dello shelter: in caso di mancanza rete il locale è raffrescato con l’aria esterna attraverso la serranda di free-cooling. In assenza di condizionamento la temperatura all’interno dei racks passa da 45°C a 70°C in meno di 15 minuti.

The free-cooling damper, microprocessor control and evaporator fan can also be powered by the UPS in the shelter. During power failures the room is cooled by the outside air through the free-cooling damper. Without air conditioning, the temperature in the racks rises from ��°C to �0°C in less than 1� minutes.

Gestione dello stand-by - Stand-by control

Per ogni shelter è possibile prevedere più unità (fino a 10), collegate fra loro attraverso una rete locale LAN, con i seguenti vantaggi:

Collegamento a sistemi di supervisione - Connection to supervision systems

Per un completo monitoraggio della macchina è possibile, utilizzando una scheda aggiuntiva, collegare tutte le unità Uniflair ad una linea seriale RS485 consentendo:

• La gestione tramite il sistema di supervisione Uniflair Netvisoroppure • La connessione ad un sistema di supervisione centralizzato, tutte le unità

sono, inoltre, dotate di più uscite digitali d’allarme (da 3 a 6 a seconda dei modelli) per facilitare il controllo dello status del condizionatore ed il collegamento a PLC esterni.

All the Uniflair units can be connected to a RS��� serial line by using an additional card, ensuring complete monitoring of the system, allowing:

• Control through the Uniflair Netvisor supervision systemor• Connection to a centralised supervision system. Furthermore, all the units are

fitted with digital alarm outputs (between 3 and � depending on the model), which makes it easier to control the status of the conditioning unit and the connection to the external control PLC.

Unità monoblocco per applicazione esterna

Condizionatori monoblocco da installare sulla parete esterna del locale da condizionare. Il condensatore ad aria integrato nella struttura consente di fornire l’unità completamente assemblata e caricata di fluido refrigerante: in fabbrica vengono tarati tutti i componenti per le condizioni normali di funzionamento ed eseguiti i collaudi elettrico - frigorifero. L’installazione pertanto si riduce al semplice collegamento elettrico e meccanico allo shelter e può essere eseguita anche da personale non specializzato. Le unità dotate di free-cooling diretto (WMF) sono fornite con serranda motorizzata; durante il funzionamento in free-cooling l’aria in eccesso viene espulsa dal locale attraverso la parte condensante senza utilizzare serrande aggiuntive di sovrappressione. La particolare disposizione

degli organi interni permette l’accesso totale ai componenti, consentendo di eseguire tutte le operazioni di manutenzione completamente dall’esterno senza la necessità di entrare nel locale condizionato, generalmente ad accesso controllato. Le viti esterne di fissaggio, in materiale inossidabile, sono antivandaliche e la loro rimozione è possibile solo attraverso l’utilizzo di appositi utensili. La doppia pannellatura esterna, disponibile in lamiera zincata e verniciata o in lega di alluminio (peralluman), consente l’accesso differenziato al vano ventilatori ed al vano compressore /quadro elettrico; in tal modo è possibile eseguire la manutenzione e le tarature della macchina senza interromperne il funzionamento.Ventilatore/i evaporatore in 48Vcc (opzionali)

Monoblock conditioning units to be installed on the outside wall of the air conditioned room. The built in air condenser means that the units can be supplied completely assembled and filled with refrigerant; all the components are set in the factory for normal working conditions and the electrical and cooling functions are all tested. Installation only requires simple electrical wiring and mechanical fixing to the shelter, even by non specialized personnel. The direct free-cooling units (WMF) are supplied with a motorised damper: during free-cooling the excess of air is expelled from the room through the condenser section without using any extra over-pressure dampers.The special layout of the internal parts gives complete access to all the components so that servicing can be entirely done from

the outside, without having to enter the room which is normally protected by controlled access. The external screws are in stainless steel, anti-tamper and can only be removed using special tools. The double external panelling available in galvanised and painted sheet steel, gives separate access to the fan compartment and electric board compartments, this enables maintenance and regulation to be carried out without having to turn the unit off.

Condizionatori monoblocco da installare sulla parete esterna del locale da condizionare. Il condensatore ad aria integrato nella struttura consente di fornire l’unità completamente assemblata e caricata di fluido refrigerante: in fabbrica vengono tarati tutti i componenti per le condizioni normali di funzionamento ed eseguiti i collaudi elettrico / frigorifero. L’installazione pertanto si riduce al semplice collegamento elettrico e meccanico allo shelter e può essere eseguita anche da personale non specializzato. Le unità dotate di free-cooling diretto sono fornite con serranda motorizzata; durante il funzionamento in free-cooling l’aria in eccesso viene espulsa dal locale attraverso la parte condensante senza utilizzare serrande aggiuntive di sovrappressione. La particolare disposizione

degli organi interni permette l’accesso totale ai componenti, consentendo di eseguire tutte le operazioni di manutenzione completamente dall’esterno senza la necessità di entrare nel locale condizionato, generalmente ad accesso controllato. Le viti esterne di fissaggio, in materiale inossidabile, sono antivandaliche e la loro rimozione è possibile solo attraverso l’utilizzo di appositi utensili. La doppia pannellatura esterna, disponibile in lamiera zincata e verniciata consente l’accesso differenziato al vano ventilatori ed al quadro elettrico; in tal modo è possibile eseguire la manutenzione e le tarature della macchina senza interromperne il funzionamento.

Condizionatori monoblocco da installare all’interno di locali tecnologici. Queste unità risultano ideali per tutte le applicazioni nelle quali non sia ammesso il condensatore all’esterno o non sia possibile eseguire opere impiantistiche nel locale da condizionare. Il condensatore ad aria centrifugo, integrato nella struttura della macchina, consente di fornire le unità pronte per l’installazione, già completamente assemblate e caricate di fluido refrigerante. In fabbrica vengono anche eseguite le operazioni di taratura e collaudo sui sistemi elettrico e frigorifero.L’installazione risulta particolarmente agevole ed il collegamento del circuito all’esterno può essere eseguito con canalizzazioni sia fisse che con tubi flessibili per il montaggio a finestra.

Monoblock conditioning units to be installed inside the installation. These units are ideal when the condenser cannot be fitted outside or where building work cannot be carried out. The centrifugal air condenser is built into the unit structure, and the units are supplied ready for installation, completely assembled and filled with refrigerant in the factory, where they are completely calibrated and the electric and cooling systems are tested. Installation is very simple and connection to the outside can be made using rigid or flexible pipes which can be fitted to the window.

Unità unisplitI condizionatori Unisplit sono composti da due sezioni distinte: le sezione evaporante da installare all’interno del locale condizionato (UCA-UCF - UWA-UWF) e la sezione motocondensante (MRA) da installare all’esterno. La sezione evaporante è progettata e realizzata per essere montata a soffitto o a parete e, utilizzando un avanzato controllo a microprocessore, garantisce con un elevata precisione il mantenimento dei parametri desiderati all’interno del locale da condizionare. Le operazioni di manutenzione sono semplici grazie ad un accesso differenziato a quadro elettrico, vano tecnico e servomotore della serranda di free-cooling. La presenza di una pennellatura dedicata al vano ventilatori consente inoltre di eseguire le operazioni di taratura e manutenzione in assoluta sicurezza, senza allo stesso tempo interrompere il funzionamento dell’unità. Le unità

UCF sono dotate del sistema free-cooling, che, quando attivo, aspira l’aria dalla parte posteriore dell’unità attraverso un collegamento che può essere realizzato sia da un canale in lamiera che da uno flessibile. Il terminale utente (su richiesta) montato a muro nelle unità a soffitto e a bordo macchina nelle unità a parete, permette il controllo completo dell’unità assieme alla modifica - visualizzazione dei parametri di funzionamento.

Sia l’unità interna che quella esterna sono dotate di alimentazione indipendente.

Unisplit conditioning units are formed of two separate sections: the evaporation section which is installed inside the conditioned room (UCA-UCF - UWA-UWF) and the condensation section (MRA) which is installed on the outside. The evaporator has been designed to be fixed to the ceiling or a wall and, with an advanced microprocessor control, it is very precise in maintaining the set parameters inside the conditioned room. Servicing is very simple, as different access is given to the electrical board, the technical compartment and the servomotor for the free-cooling damper.There is a special panel for the fan compartment, which means calibration and servicing can be carried out in total safety without having to turn the unit off. The UCF units have free-cooling which, when activated, intakes air from the back of the unit through a

connection that can be made using either rigged ducting or flexible piping. The user terminal (on request) is fitted to the wall for the ceiling units and onboard for the wall fitted units, and gives complete control for the unit regarding changing and displaying the operating parameters.

The internal and external unit are powered separately.
