The Dr. Thomas H. Price House was listed in the National Register of Historic Places on June 13, 2016

under Criterion B in the areas of Medicine and Black Ethnic Heritage for its association with Dr. Thomas

Hugh Price. In August 2019 the Price House was demolished. The Dr. Thomas H. Price House has lost

the characteristics for which it was listed and therefore should be removed from the National Register of

Historic Places.
