Dear Ms. Noble:

We have made the change you requested in your above mentioned letter. That being supplying RSP BioStrips II label copy with the change we have requested.

Please review the enclosed for the Notification of label change at your earliest convenience.

It has come to our attention that in a small percentage of applications where air conditioner use is heavierthan average our product may need to be replaced sooner than the six months currently indicated on thelabel.

Heavier use basically referring to conditions with higher heat, humidity and/or hours of operation thannormal and/or an A/C unit that is inefficient or in need of repair.

We feel adding this statement will prompt our customers to more closely monitor use under extremeconditions.

Assuming there are no problems, please forward an EPA stamped label to my attention upon approval.i L

PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS

HAZARDS TO HUMANS AND DOMESTICANIMALS

DANGER, CORROSIVE: Causes irreversible

eye damage and skin burns. Do not get in eyes,on skin or on clothing. To protect eyes weargoggles or face shield, and to protect skin, wearrubber gloves when handling. Wash thoroughlywith soap and water after handling. Removecontaminated clothing and wash clothing before reuse.

FIRST AID

IF IN EYS: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and

gently with water for 15 - 20 minutes. Remove

contact lenses, if present, after the first 5minutes, then continue rinsing eye.IF ON SKIN OR CLOTHING: Take offcontaminated clothing. Rinse skin immediatelywith plenty of water for 15-20 minutes.

Call a poison control center or doctor fortreatment advice. Have the product container orlabel with you when calling a Poison ControlCenter or doctor or going for treatment.

NOTE TO PHYSICIAN: Probable mucosaldamage may contraindicate the use of gastriclavage.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in amanner inconsistent with its labeling.

RSP Bio Strips II are for use in the drain pans of manycooling units such as air conditioners and refrigerators.

RSP Bio Strips II are for use in toilet bowls and urinals.Controls foul smelling odors caused by mildew, fungi,bacteria, algae and slime.

For use in hotels, motels, schools, colleges, hospitals,nursing homes and airports. Effective against odor -causing bacteria.

For use in floor drains found in food processing plants,bars & restaurants. (RSP Bio Strips can be formed intorings fitting the floor drains.)

For use in beer keg & soda dispenser overflow drainsto prevent (mal-) odors (caused by) (from)odor-causing bacteria.

RSP Bio Strips is a controlled release product that easilyfits into (most) (many) air conditioners or refrigerator

drip pans or the water tank of your dehumidifier.

Because of the controlled release mechanism, RSP BioStrips II will last for up to six months effectivelymaintaining clean water and inhibiting the foul odorscaused by mildew. Heavier than normal use mayrequire replacement in less than six months forbest results.

RSP Bio Strips provide a pleasant odor as it works.

Not for use in heat vaporizing or atomizing typevaporizing humidifiers.

STORAGE AND DISPOSALStore in original container in areas inaccessible to children.

Do not store on side. Avoid creasing or impacting of side walls.Do not reuse empty container. Discard in trash or recycle.
