United Real Estate Company (URC) is a leading real estate developer in the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region, with total assets of over KD 491 million, (approximately USD 1.7 billion) in 2014. URC was founded in 1973 in Kuwait and is a publicly traded company listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange since 1984.

ABDALI MALLAmman, Jordan

Located within the Abdali master plan development, the new downtown of Amman, Abdali Mall is a design led iconic mall that boasts unique open air features. With a total built up area of over 227,000 sqm, Abdali Mall spreads over five floors above ground that comprises of over 57,000 sqm of net leasable space including a large number of retail shops, an entertainment center, eleven cinema screens, a food court, a casual dining plaza, a supermarket, in addition to five basement floors designed as a conveniently accessible parking that accommodates for 2,400 cars.

Raouche View at 1090 (RV1090) is a high-end residential building located in Beirut and situated directly across from the Raouche rocks. Comprised of 22 floors, the development includes 40 apartments and two duplex penthouses available for sale. Typical apartments are made up of four bedrooms, with a separate driver’s room, storage room, service area and reserved parking for each home owner.

KIPCO Tower is located in the financial district of Sharq, neighboring Al-Shaheed Tower and City Tower, and has come to be known as one of the most innovative and industrially distinguished structures in Kuwait. The tower is a mixed-use project comprised of office space, residential apartments and retail space. The tower is equipped with facilities exclusive to the structure and round the clock security measures. The offices have flexible mechanisms to customize the layout thereby improving space and facilities utilization. With land space of over 4,850 sqm, the tower offers a 360 degree panoramic view of the city and alternatively the Arabian Gulf.

Built on a plot over 46,000 sqm, Saleh Shehab is a 105 chalet resort located in the south of Kuwait, Julai’a. Just a 30 minutes drive outside the city, the resort lies on a coastline of clear waters and white sand while still maintaining privacy. Set along Kuwait’s coastline, The Marina is a landmark mixed-use development located in one of Kuwait’s main shopping districts. Assoufid is a gated mixed-use development in the Moroccan city of Marrakech, that spreads over 222 hectares of naturally elevated land. The development is situated 12KM southwest of Marrakech and 8KM west of Marrakech Airport. Assoufid’s main feature is Assoufid Golf Club, a high-end, 18-hole golf course that provides players with a challenging and rewarding golfing experience while treating them to incredible views of the snow-capped Atlas Mountains. Additional components of the development include a hospitality component, residential villas, and landscaped areas spread on a plot size of just over 1,460,000 sqm.
