Note by the secretariat
1. In a letter of 1 March 2003, Mr. Sabularse informed the Secretariat that he was no longer able toserve as a member of the Interim Chemical Review Committee. The Secretariat was informed thatMs. Aida de Vera Ordas was proposed as the new expert. Ms. Ordas will serve on the Committee,pending formal confirmation by the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee, at its tenth session.
2. The letters mentioned above and relevant qualifications of the new expert are annexed to thisnote.
