United Nations Agenda 21 will affect every single person on earth!

Agenda 21 is a vast United Nations initiative that may already have been implemented in your town or city. It was created in 1992 in the interest of “saving” the Earth and creating a “sustainable” future.

Agenda 21 will dictate:

•What kind of car you can and cannot drive;•Where and when you can travel;•Where you can live;•What kind of property you can own, (if) you are allowed to own property at all;•What size of family, if any, you can have.

Agenda 21 seeks to control how people around the world live their lives, presumably in an effort to “save the planet” and “sustain” life on earth. How did this happen? Slowly, and in a relatively quiet way, so you wouldn’t know what was happening and try to stop it. America. From the beginning of mankind, there has never been a greater nation on earth, giving hope, prosperity, and freedom to all those who came to the shores of this great nation. Why, simply, America was built upon Biblical principles.

In just 200 years, America prospered more than all the other nations around the world over a 5,000 year period.

At one time, America was the leading country in most every field of academics. Today, we are rated about 60 from the top. In the state of California, compared to the other 50 states, California is rated 48 from the top.

America is being attacked from all fronts. We have the highest divorce rate of any country in the world. Our schools are under attack, many students cannot read their diplomas when they graduate from high school. Our Christian heritage is under attack. Our home and property is under attack.

Farmers in Northern California have been fighting the environmentalists for years to keep their farms. In central California, the farmers have had to plow up hundreds of acres of orchards, because they were not able to get water, because of some (extinct) fish.

In California, Oregon, and Washington, the timber Industry has been under attack for more than 40 years.

The Spotted Owl

1971, The Oregon Forest Practices Act was passed, the first of its kind in the United States.

1973, Statewide land use planning is approved. Congress passed the

Endangered Species Act.

1975, No large area of timber in the state could be worked on or used as sustained yield basis.

1976, The National Forest Management Act passed.

1979, The northern spotted owl, was given special habitat protection.

1986, The USDA Forest Service released guidelines for the northern spotted owl.

1987, Fire burned 245,000 acres of timber worth an estimated $97.3 million. The forest service can no longer control underbrush, or old growth management.

1989, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service listed the northern spotted owl as a

threatened species in Washington, Oregon, and northern California.

1995, The US Fish and Wildlife Service approves the Habitat Conservation

Plan…to provide protection for the habitat of animals on federal land.

The efforts of the environmentalists have cost the timber industry over 30,000 jobs since the beginning of the 1970s and still counting.

U.S. Logging Industry•Starting in the 1970’s, environmentalist targeted the lumber industry across the United States. Thousands of logging companies and sawmills were forced out of business. People lost their homes, farms, businesses, and yes, and great number of towns also disappeared from the landscape. After the damage was done, it was later learned that the Barred Owl was the one that drove off the spotted owl, because it was a larger species.

•In 2006, the United States and Canada signed a Softwood Lumber Agreement that would level the playing field for sawmills in both countries, but that playing field is hardly level because the Canadian government continues to subsidize its forest industry.

•In 1993, those who were promoting (NAFTA) North American Free Trade Agreement, told the American people the NAFTA would save the American people 2 million jobs, when in fact, NAFTA created the loss of over 7 million jobs.

•October 30, 2003. The Contra Costa Times reported, up to 14 million jobs…are at risk of being shipped overseas.

•In December of 2003, the Christian Science Monitor reported, the US economy has slowly shifted toward service jobs, factory jobs have been steadily lost – in fact, in just the past 39 months, some 2.8 million jobs have vanished.

•The question we should ask ourselves, are these things happening by accident, or, is there a master plan for this turmoil in our country?

Prior to the passage of the Federal Reserve Act in 1913, President Wilson published The New Freedom, in which he revealed, “Since I entered politics, I have chiefly had men’s views confide to me privately. Some of the biggest men in the U.S., in the field of commerce and manufacturing, are afraid of somebody, are afraid of something. •John D. Rockefeller, III, (right) presents a check in the amount of $8,5000,000 to Trygve Lie, First Secretary General of the United Nations. The money is to purchase the land on Manhattan Island which will house the U.N. building.

•Trygve Lie of Norway, was the first (Secretary General) of the United Nations. He had been a high-ranking member of Norway’s Social Democratic Labor Party, an offshoot of the early Communist International.

•Mr. Lie who served the UN as its first permanent Secretary General, detailed in his 1954 book. In the Case of Peace, his astonishment that the U.S. had agreed during the founding of the UN would always have a “Soviet national” as the UN’s Undersecretary for Political and Security Council Affairs. United Nations Conference 1976

The United Nations Conference on Human Settlements (Habitat 1) was held in Vancouver, British Columba in 1976. This conference established the UN’s policy on private property rights and produced a document that became the blueprint for comprehensive lane use planning.

The Preamble to the report declared that:

“Land…cannot be treated as an ordinary asset, controlled by individuals and subject to the pressures and inefficiencies of the market. Private land ownership is also a principle instrument of accumulation and concentration of wealth and therefore contributes to social injustice…Public control of land use is therefore indispensable.

ICLEI•ICLEI was founded in 1990 as the 'International Council for Local

Environmental Initiatives'. The Council was established when more than

200 local governments from 43 countries convened at our inaugural

conference, the World Congress of Local Governments for a

Sustainable Future, at the United Nations in New York.

•Pulling counties and cities together under the control of the UN

worldwide.

•There are generally several groups; Metropolitan Transportation

Commission, Association of Bay Area Governments, and in most areas

you would have something like Metropolitan Planning Organization

(MPO), and a Council of Governments (COG). These two regional

planning groups are comprised of selected city council members and

county supervisors from all over the ‘region,’ who are responsible for

putting UN Agenda 21 Sustainable Communities Strategies into place.

More communities drop out of ICLEI

• The most recent communities to say no to membership in the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI) are Monmouth County, New Jersey and Somerset County, New Jersey. Activists in the Garden State are doing a great job getting the message out.

• County Commissioner Richard Rothschild reports that he believes we have achieved about 54 cities that have pulled out of ICLEI since the beginning of the year. And that only 17 cities have joined ICLEI in that same time – giving us a net reduction of 37!  (Blogger’s note:  I came up with a similar number!)

• Commissioner Rothschild and I aren’t sure we have all of the cities on our list. Here are the communities that we know have dropped out. • 178 world leaders, including President George HW Bush, signed these documents. (So Agenda 21 does exist! And it’s about environmental sustainability!

•National Association of Realtors President Juilo S. Laquarta in presenting the NAR plan to the International Real Estate Federation in Toronto. Canada warned that “Failure to change an official United Nations policy that explicitly opposes property ownership will ultimately result in the destruction of our industry.”

• The high-rise neighborhood in the towers are public housing, while the rest are private apartments.

• Public housing is usually a block of purpose-built subsidized housing operated by a government agency, often simply referred to as projects or community housing, with easier-to-manage town houses. And still maintains large high-rise clustered developments in working class neighborhoods, a system that has fallen into disfavor in both the UK and US. However, one of the largest public housing agencies in North America, has a variety of buildings and communities ranging from individual houses to townhouse communities and mid-rise and high-rise apartments in both working class and middle class neighbor hoods.

• The goal is to develop these projects near a transportation system so people are less dependent on cars. Their freedom of travel are restricted.

• Remember, bike coalitions like Thunderhead Alliance (now called People Power Movement) is a lobbying group that has hundreds of member bike coalitions, bike shops, and consultants in its ranks. When those groups go down to the planning department to holler for Smart Growth, there is a financial incentive to manipulate the public in more stack-em pack-em development.

• First, Maryland Governor Richard O’Malley has forced what he calls “Plan Maryland” through Executive Action rather than through the state Legislature. That means no votes from representatives of the people.

• Plan Maryland will lock away 400,000 acres of Maryland land – blocking any development over the next 20 years or longer. The scheme shifts control of land use from local government to dictates by unelected state bureaucrats.

• Worse, O’Malley’s plan will punish any county that doesn’t comply by withholding state funding. It will also triple sewer “flush” taxes on property tax bills -- a tax on toilet flushes.

• Moreover, he wants to ban most septic tanks – a move that will destroy the ability to live in rural areas.

•At the United Nations Convention on Biodiversity, Bill Clinton signed Executive Order 12986, on June 29, 1993, which created the International Union for Conservation on Nature and Natural Resources (IUCN) is one of UN’s major instruments in creating and implementing global environmental policy.

•The UN is using the environment to control the people of the world.

•At Yellowstone National Park, United Nations' delegates who surveyed the area last year, called for a "buffer zone" around the park. So, the Park Service is choking off the local economy by refusing to maintain certain highways and by buying up any property available. Of course, there will be plenty available as more and more owners are denied the use of their own private property which causes businesses to shut down and the economy to slow.

Bill Clinton’s Executive Order; Sustainable Development is a plan for global control including the restriction of land use and resource extraction. The land use element calls for the implementation of two action plans designed to eliminate private property: the Wetlands Project for rural areas, and Smart Growth for urban areas. Upon implementation of these plans, all human action is subject to control. The black dots represent the population. The Red areas are restricted from public use.

•The U.N. plan for your “Sustainable” Community is a contract that binds all nations to the collective vision of “sustainable development.” They must commit to pursue the three E’s of “sustainability”; Environment, Economy and Equity referring to the UN blueprint for environmental regulations, economic manipulation, and social equity.

•The local Agenda 21 planning guide…a UN manual for global transformation from the 1996 UN Conference on Human Settlements in Istanbul was prepared by The International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI). Community leaders around the world are now called to implement a new “Communitarian: system of governance which overrides our constitutional rights and freedoms.

The 3 E’s, Economy, Environment and Equality

•The authors of Agenda 21 have said it will affect every facet of life, group according to 3 objectives: The Economy, Environment, and Equality known as the “3 E’s” By defining these terms vaguely, a litany of abuses has resulted.

•Economy, (replaces free enterprise) with public/private partnership, or government sanctioned monopolies.

•Social Equity, (replaces the American system of “equal justice”) with the collective “social justice” and redistributes the wealth, and

•Environment, is about control not the environment.

•On June 9, 2011 President Obama signed Executive Order 13575, which established the creation of the White House Council (WHIRC). The purpose of the WHRC is to facilitate federal coordination and implementation of sustainable development at local community level.

•More controls are put on local communities to accept Agenda 21 from the UN through ICLEI.

•The UN now controls most of our National Parks and Monuments.

One Goal, World Government Through Bipartisanship!

•As Sustainable Development policies permeate every county in America, it has become apparent that the conflict is not a dynamic of Republicans vs. Democrats, Liberal vs. Conservative, or left vs. right. In fact, the implementation of Sustainable Development is occurring on a bipartisan basis, a (joint effort) by both parties.

•You have members of both parties belonging to Globalist organizations such as, the Bilderbergers, Club of Rome, Tri Lateral Commission, Fee Mason’s, and the Council on Foreign Relations just to name a few.

•One of Lenin’s goals were to control both major political parties in America, and both parties have been controlled for more than 50 years. One of his quotes. ““The goal of socialism is communism.” and America is going down that road today.

1. Outlaw the sale of reciprocating internal combustion engines by 1975.

2. Massively shift gas taxes and other sources of revenue for freeways to urban and interurban mass transit, regional bus systems, and free or low-cost shuttle transportation.

3. Progressively tax higher automobile weights, (SUV’s) (California’s special tax on SUV’s in 2011)

If you were in your home, sitting in your favorite chair, watching your favorite television show, and your house caught on fire, what would you do?

Would you just sit their and watch your favorite show on TV, or, would you do everything you possibly could to put out the fire, and save your home and family.
