This fall Benetton invites you to imagine yourself in the streets of

one of Milan’s most evocative historic districts. Here is a collection of

stretch long dresses with lurex inserts, figure-hugging tops and slim

fit jacquard suits with silk lapels for a working dinner, a hot date or

those special occasions. Who is the ideal companion for this femme

fatale? A man dressed in a perfectly fitting three piece suit, who

wears duster coats, shirts, crisp cotton and merino wool in decidedly

masculine colours such as aubergine and midnight blue, with

nonchalant charm.

City Life

United Colors of Benetton’s looks for the dynamic woman take

inspiration from the buildings designed by architect Zaha Hadid.

Clean lines in shades of terracotta and apricot combine with

turquoise and beige for high-impact outfits – a pleated long skirt, a

two-tone mandarin collar reefer jacket, striped ponchos and stylish

blouses.

Still a hot, urban trend, the male look features tartan or pinstriped

slim-fitting or wide cropped pants to wear with a turtleneck or knit

waistcoat, stylish shirts and feminine oversized blazers accessorized

with minimal chic ankle strap shoes.

New Heritage

The mood of this theme is a new retro that draws inspiration from

the brand’s roots, but has an eye on comfort and creativity. Ash

grey, creamy white, a terracotta revival and shades of beige are the

colours of choice. The merino wool pullover with an origami fox

design, micro-pattern shirts and cable knits create a super cool

collection, embodied by a collection of different weight cottons used

for shirts, embroidered or beribboned shirt dresses and blouses,

duster coats and floral cocktail dresses. The cool, playful look also

features cable pattern knits, a mini bomber and a lurex body.

The look for him features military-style puffer jackets and maxi-

check shirts worn over eco-friendly “never forget” slogan t-shirts to

pair with cargo pants, boots and flat caps.

The Race

United Colors of Benetton pays tribute to the Sixties and its impact

on youth culture with a theme that references the fresh ideas and

freedom, including that to live anywhere in the world, of those

years. The gymwear/everyday wear look for Fall comprises olive

leather jackets worn over plum-colour jumpsuits, hoodies and

printed t-shirts. Must-haves are the urban side-stripe joggers, light

puffer jackets, oversize parkas and all-white sneakers. Fabrics are

nylon and jersey, mesh and innovative yarns. For him, cigarette

pants, graphic prints and a sharp, clean colour palette of navy blue

and white with touches of inky black. The revisited bomber comes in
