Step1: Teacher tells the class that they are going to act out an interview situation in small groups. Each group will have 3 applicants for one job and 2 interviewers.

Step2: Give each person a role card. Step3: Each applicant makes an application form like the

model and hands it to the two interviewers. The interviewers think of the questions to ask the applicants.

Step4: The applicants are called for interview one at a time.

Step5: The interviewers discuss and make discussion, and offer the job to the successful applicant.
