Manager Suzi Smith is having a crisis! Frank has just called her through the

walkie talkie to say the roller coaster has broken down and customers are currently stuck at the top.

No one is any immediate danger though.

The fire brigade are here to carry out the rescue.

Fortunately the rescue operation was a success.

They are demanding an interview based on yesterday’s crisis.

What should she say? Plan out a press release.

Task 2: The following day…

Ticket sales have slumped dramatically following the accident and press release.

The press release clearly wasn’t reassuring enough to persuade people that future accidents won’t happen.

The following week…

In your pairs, come up with a visually based promotional campaign to get more customers to visit the theme park.

You will be presenting your visually based idea to the rest of the group.
