I was often left in sole charge of the bar and learnt the valuable skill of dealing sensitively but firmly with drunken
individuals near closing time
All my work experience has involved working in a team based culture. This involved planning, organisation ,
coordination and commitment. In retail this ensured daily sales targets were met, tasks were fairly distributed and there
was effective team communication.
