Need a one of a kind Seal? Exclusive program gives you the freedom

to specify unique custom seals without the customary tooling expense– Using Chesterton’s exclusive polymer materials

to manufacture a seal.

This unique proprietary process is used to join two or more segments of smaller diameter seals together (fused) to create a continuous (non-split) large diameter seal of any size.– Similar to a metal weld, the integrity of the fused

joint is as strong as the base polymer material

Getting started

Polymer Fusion Program

1. Provide application details to customer service– Complete application questionnaire (inner

diameter, outer diameter, height)

2. Engineering will review details – If no tooling exists, a separate quote is

provided for a new tooling jig (required for fusion)

3. Customer service will provide a quotation – standard lead time is 15 production days

4. Production is scheduled once a purchase order is received
