EligibleExhibits:Exhibits will be limited to those companies or other entitiesoffering materials, products or services of specific interest to the registrants. Event Management reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any product for display.

Cancellation:Cancellations will not be accepted and no refunds will be issued.

Exhibitorsponsoredprivateevents:Exhibitor agrees not to hold any event, reception, or privatepresentations related to the attendees at the event duringscheduled conference hours or during any sponsored eventfunctions. Exhibitor agrees that private events are a violation ofthe event rules and that any event deemed disruptive by EventManagement will be grounds for expulsion from the event. Events scheduled outside official event hours are permitted.

EventCancellation:In the case of event cancellation by Event Management all funds will be returned less a $100.00 administrative fee.

LimitationsofLiability:The Exhibitor assumes responsibility and agrees to indemnify and defend Clarion Group Inc. and the event facility and their respective employees and agents against any claims or expenses arising out of the use of the exhibition premises. The Exhibitor understandsthat neither Clarion Group Inc. nor the event facility maintainsinsurance covering the Exhibitor’s property and it is the soleresponsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance. Exhibi-tor shall be fully responsible to pay for any and all damages toproperty owned by the event facility, or its owners or manag-ers which result from any act or omission of Exhibitor. Exhibitor agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless, the event venue, its owners, managers, officers or directors, agents, employees,subsidiaries and affiliates, from any damages or charges result-ing from Exhibitor’s use of the property.
